Don’t even have an account yet but will be opening up a business account with merchant services thanks to a lovely call from Sigrit Rodriguez! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, intuitive and helpful. Plus the business account fee is only $5 or a $500 balance which is GREAT! Excited to be a new customer!

I have 2 credit cards with Salem five but a third party administrator. Well the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I'm trying to put controls on my cards but no one knows what to do. Please let me know if you understand this dilemma.

I went to this branch to make a deposit, the teller put the money through money machine came back and asked me for my ID. I been going to banks for decades and never I have I'd been asked or heard of anyone being asked to show an ID to make a deposit. I felt like I did something wrong. Did not like the way I was treated. Then went to main branch to complain, wasn't treated any better.

The customer service is horrible at this bank. They do not help their clients and speak to you like your a child. Miriam, one of the management team members decided to yell at me on the phone and would not let me ask questions. I had to keep adding her to stop belittling me so i could ask her three questions i needed answers. I plan on closing mug account after 5-6 years and go to another bank. Horrible customer service!!!

Awful, I dont bank at salem five but i do use their atm on occasion since its the only one i dont get charged for (which is good) but never have i had an atm eat my money because i didnt take it in time WITHOUT any warning. Then the bank tells me i have to dispute it even though they could tell from the atm print out it happened. Couldnt get my money back for at least two three days

I'm a fan of Salem Five in general but this particular Branch has really great customer service--even on weekends!
