My rear drivers side window was shattered by a rock thrown by a weed whacker at 450pm. I immediately called safelite and asked the agent to let this location know I was on my way (they close at 5pm). I was literally 3 minutes away. I pull in and the receptionist came out to tell me to grab my registration. The service men cleaned up the shattered glass and put plastic up. The receptionist got all my info and scheduled my appointment in 2 days. All was done in 15 minutes! I was so grateful that they didn't turn me away because they should have been closing. I came back for the appointment. They took the car in on time, said it would take 60-90 minutes and they were down in 65 minutes! So friendly and efficient. They had a decent waiting area and the mall is close by as an option to spend some time while waiting. The insurance covered the cost and I walked out with a smile on my face! Thank you!

I was happy with the service and result
the lady at the reception is great
the guy who did my job too. Perfect
I insisted on leaving a tip including it on the card but it was not possible

These guys do their job professionally, they are dependable in a segment it is hard to “stand out in”. I commend them for their professionalism and transparency (pun intended).

Fantastic service, very polite employees and the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied with the work. Had my rear window in a 2018 subaru outback replaced.

Came by to see if they could fill a small chip in my windshield and got it done in a little over half an hour. Very happy with the results as you can barely notice it now. The lady up front was very nice and the gentlemen that took a look at my windshield was professional. Definitely recommend going here for your windshield needs.

My windshield was hit by a rock & cracked on Monday - I called my insurance agent at Dan Hurley Agency & they booked me at Safelight for Wednesday morning - the car was ready before noon with a new windshield - a great job getting this replaced - impressive!

Just had Luis come for a at home windshield, he was fantastic very pleasant hard worker, did the job right one try took his time and knowledgeable about how to take apart my car and reinstall all the plastics and whatever else he had to remove, it’s very cold out and he worked in this cold no issue I really appreciate Luis a very good look for the company a++ employee
