I started bringing my car here about 2 years ago and the price, responsiveness, and quality of work are outstanding. My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee has reached an age where it's needing repairs more frequently and I am more reliant on service to keep it running well, Rt 1 Auto is my go-to service provider now. If they offered state inspections, I'd only go to them for my auto needs.

I have been going to Route 1 Auto for a couple years .. They have always treated me fairly. I would not bring my car to anyone I did not trust . Linda in the front office is awesome . She goes above and beyond to help. Steve is excellent he always takes time to explain what needs to be done with my car. I have dealt with many mechanics in the past The team at Route 1 Auto is by far the best I've dealt with. If you are looking for a good fair, place to bring your car. I strongly recommend the team at Route 1 auto.

II brought my vehicle for a few issues and the work done was definitely worth the cost. I am happy to say that I have found a place I can trust and rely on for my car mechanical services. Such is the case that I recommended RTE.1 to my sister and she was very pleased with the work done on her vehicle. I hope they continue with their outstanding professionalism and work.

A very no-nonsense, honest and knowledgeable repair shop. Larry and his staff will actually take the time to explain what's wrong with your car and walk you into the service area to show you what the problem is. From there, he will give you options for the repair, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Price isn't that bad either. We had a problem with the air conditioner in 2021 and the repair was about 400 dollars cheaper than the quoted estimate. What mechanic does that? Other problems we had fixed here were about the same or less than what the dealership quoted us. I won't get my oil changed anywhere else. They also offer a AAA member discount. Note: They don't have a courtesy shuttle so if your car must stay overnight or all day, you have to make arrangements to find a ride home.

My car died on a hot day . . . got towed in to this garage, they fixed the car, checked the important things after an overheat, like head gasket. Good price, nothing unexpected, car is still running well six months later. Thanks!

had new breaks done here recently and they started to squeak very loudly within a month on an almost daily basis. this shop definitely charges A LOT for labor compared to other local shops. unfortunately the owner seems like a giant narcissist and is not willing to take any constructive criticism on his yelp page into consideration, he instead deflects the criticism and tries to counter-argue the reviewer in a personal way, often including personal information that should not be on here. i suggest that if you want to start having a better business you take your customers concerns and criticisms more seriously.
