I have had some frustrating experiences with the mortgage/refinance process in the past. Working with Joe Laurano and the team that surrounds him was incredible. The knowledge they possess in their field and the way they walked me through and explained every step of the way made for an incredibly smooth experience. Joe, in a clear and concise manner, explained in detail all of the necessary information and paperwork necessary for our refinance to go forward. He was always at the ready with advice, assuring all important papers were received on time. As we had questions, he was always available and got back to us with answers in an expedient manner. Joe is a true professional, who I hold in high regard, and would recommend him to all individuals who may require mortgage or refinance services.

Dan and his entire team were very professional, polite, efficient, and patient. I was a first time home buyer, so there were a lot of unknowns. They answered all my questions and accommodated any request I had regarding copies of paperwork and sending documents in different formats for my needs. I would highly recommend them.

We have relied on the expertise of Union Trust to obtain great rates for both a mortgage and a refinance. Dan Grimes treats his customers with the same respect he would treat a family member and is always available to answer any questions throughout the loan process. The staff at Union Trust are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, thus making the process less overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers. Because Union Trust is a smaller corporation, they can focus on providing the customer with personal attention and that is why we would not go anywhere else for a mortgage.

I have had many experiences involving Union Trust Mortgage over the years. During the application process the terms are explicitly stated and all questions are answered before they let you leave, that way you are well informed about all the terms of your loan. At that point, it is your choice to agree or not agree and simply walk away. Not only do they communicate during the application process and closings, they actually let me know when rates are getting to a point that it would benefit to refinance on a certain loan. There is something to be said for the great personal service you receive when closing through Union Trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great loan and great service.

I've used Union Trust a number of times over the past several years and couldn't be happier with the service I received. The entire staff has always been extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've used their services for both new purchases as well as re-fi's and they've always done their best to make sure the process was accurate, timely, and affordable.
