Live nearby. Traffic is horrific. Customers continue to enter from the wrong end of a one way st. The owners/ staff do nothing to rectify the situation although a staff member is nearby letting customers in. Horrible neighbors/ business

I am a customer has an unlimited car wash not one but three cars. One day my car off track in the middle of the stage. My front tire got damage, i file a report and the main office dont want to take responsibility of their mechanical failure. Main office blame my car…. Since im not a happy customer i took off all my unlimited member car membership…. This company is suck…. Beware !!!

Came by today to a long line that wasn't moving. People were stuck in line for at least half an hour. There was honking and yelling. It was chaotic. Found out the place is closed. The staff just shuttered the garage door when people started honking.
Didn't even have the courtesy to let the customers know that the car wash is out of order or closed or whatever!

Update: I came again to this location about three weeks from my prior review and they had cleaned up the place! They picked up a majority of the trash on the property and even painted over the graffiti.
For being a place to go to clean your car the location is by contrast very dirty. There is graffiti all over the side of the building and litter scattered throughout the properly. The ambiance is very off putting to say the least.
