The first time I came here to buy a necklace everything was fine, I bought the warranty along with the fact that if the necklace broke I could exchange it for a new one, today after 8 months I came to exchange it and I had difficulties exchanging it, firstly there was no one at the Kiosk, this Kiosk was close to the food court, after a few minutes a girl arrived and tried to help me but there was no product like I had bought. So I went to the other Kiosk in front of the PINK and GAP store to be specific, and I got there at 3:59pm, I left there at 5:05pm, yes I waited to see the extent of these people's lack of ability to make a correct work. I made a complaint online, recorded the time I was there, and went down to the previous store, when I came across 3 salespeople from the same store in the same place, I mean… I spent 1 hour for nothing… no one is going to erase that wasted hour… But At least I managed to place a new order that will take approximately 30 days to arrive. Day after day the price of everything becomes more and more expensive and the provision of low quality service.

The girls working were so great with my two toddlers! They pierced both ears at same time. Was also able to take us without any appointment! I was pleasantly surprised!

Waited 1 hour for service just for the lady to come back and say sorry we are closing (6:45pm?). Terrible service and terrible jewelry. One confirmed fake and was trying to get my money back. Never shopping here again.

Horrible service, Me and a pal were interested in some jewelry but the young ladies behind the counter were obviously not interested in making a sale. We were ignored numerous times so we just walked to blue river to bring our business elsewhere.

Whoever pierced my ears did it so crooked I developed bumps on the back of my ears. Awful experience. The woman didn’t seem to care what she was doing. Just a few months later I had to take them out because they could never fully heal.

Nobody there, waited 10 minutes for someone to show, just to buy earrings, gave Macy's my money, at least I got service.
