I'm not sure if they just ignore their customers or maybe they forgot how to answer the phone? Says open 24 hours they lost a paying customer I would never recommend their service to anyone they left me stranded in a bad situation. Can't rely on them to be there for me I need something towed is that what they do? How does one get something towed without communication they must lose so much business with whoever is there not answering the phone.Service: Car towing

Had called in the morning about getting my car towed and I was told they would be by that afternoon, nobody showed up and none of my calls were answered. I understand things happen but I never got a call asking to reschedule or anything and I never got any sort of explanation, very unprofessional

In May of 2013. Phil's towing illegally parked a commercial flat bed tow truck on a two lane rd that is not rated nor is it legal to park a commercial vehicle. Phil's towing knew it was illegal and a year prior on Boston st in Salem, there was a motor vehicle accident where the passenger was killed when the driver hit another flat bed tow truck illegally parked! With out any care for public safety or the law (I do believe the owner was a former Peabody cop from what I heard) Phil's towing continued to park commercial flat bed tow trucks illegally and in May of 2013 a vehicle struck the illegally parked a flatbed tow truck on the dimly lite street over night which killed the passenger. Whether the driver was drunk or not, if the tow truck was not illegally parked, the passenger would still be alive! Phil's Towing has continued to fight the family in court for over 8yrs! Not owning up to their blatant disregard to public safety and violation of the law! Would you want to business with a company that has a blatant disregard for laws, safety regulations and not only put lives at risk but ignored a law and blatantly left a truck where it was dangerous causing a death! What other short cuts do they take! This tragic event coupled with other reviews I read, Phil's towing should not only be ashamed they need their business license revoked!!!

Let's be real here, nobody likes a rude a** tow truck driver telling you he didn't give a f**** As someone who slows down and moves over, I don't tolerate disrespect by anyone. After posting a review on Facebook I got harassed by a member and I am ashamed to say that I deleted the review and rewrote it after Blocking Katie. If this continues I will call BBB.

I just made a phone call to Phil's towing and asked him to help me find a used tire rim. He gave me a place to go to and he was so nice to help me out. I have delt with them before, and received good service.

I wouldn't even rate them a 1. They take unprofessional to the next level. The man who I spoke with screamed at me and swore at me. I wouldn't want the individual answering phones to represent anything. Disrespectful and rude. Now that I am seeing these other comments, I can see why they get such a poor rating. I am concerned that when I pick my car up there will be damage done to it because whoever answered the phone clearly has anger issues.

I would never use these people again. When I called I asked if they took Visa which is on their website and he said cash only. I need the car towed only and when they arrived the technician tried for 15 minutes until I told him to tow. He was clumsy and looked as if he didn't know what he was doing. Do not recommend. Rude and incompetent.

Billy gave me a rate promptly to move a piece of equipment for my customer. He even worked with me on the price. Very reasonably priced and great customer service. I will be using this company on future moves out in his area. Would highly recommend.

Called and asked on a price on moving a tool box told them the pick up and destination points, he than told me its 85 an hour which I was okay with. Than told me I was looking at 3hours. I mentioned to him the distance between the two locations 13miles roughly 17min without traffic 30 with, I understand loading might take a couple of minutes as well but not 2 hours. He than yelled at me saying he doesn't want my business and hung up. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Not very courteous or professional at all. Such a Shame.
