Pearle Vision in Peabody is the best!!! I had an emergency where my eyeglasses broke and they got me into a new pair within 90 minutes. The new glasses are perfect!! Special mention to Xiomara Jimenez that took care of everything from start to finish. Wonderful place. Great service. Thank you

Don't expect much help from the employees. I arrived to select glasses for my 7yr old child, there were 4 employees sitting down chatting, I asked politely for some help in choosing glasses for my son. One of the employees pointed to an area that had a small selection in my price range and they said " go pick something ". Having no idea what to look for in terms of size and type we ended up with what I later found out was an adult size for my child. I was extremely disappointed and The attitude of the person who filled out the order was the reason I will not return and never recommend this store. I'd like to also point out we were the only customers in the store at this time.

We bought several pair of glasses there over the summer. We did not find a good selection of frames and compromised. They also never did get the fit right on one of them, and when we went back for adjustment, they still couldn't get it right and broke the plastic on the bow and didn't tell us. We went to another store, and they asked us if we tried to fix it ourselves and then went on to get us a good fit.In the end, the fit problem and the compromise with the frames prompted us to "cut our losses" and buy another pair that we liked. The new store had highly competent and engaged people, making our experience positive both for the outcome and personnel, contrasting the personnel and experience at this Pearl store.Contrasting our experience with the store, the eye exam and doctor were very good!

Had been trying for an appointment anywhere for a few months, and stumbled upon them via late night email. Went to site and was able to get an appointment next day at 2PM. Wait time there was zero and I was in and out in about 20-25 minutes.Dr. Hamel is also very good, mad great efforts to explain the processes and also did not try to hard sell me upgrades

The team here have been so helpful with my back and forth on lenses and perscriptions. A woman named Ari has been so patient with my last minute bookings and changing perscriptions. She has really made this process super easy and made me feel comfortable about my purchases. Would defiintely recommend!

I had such great experience going to Pearle Vision in Peabody today. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They answered my many questions. And helped me with my frame selection since they have so many beautiful styles to chose from. ?????..? Dr. Hamel is very personable and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to find a Doctor that listened and helped me with my painful eye condition that I have been suffering with. I left his office with peace of mind and excitement for my new glasses.!. The best of both worlds..lol So, I highly recommend them..?

Place is horrible. 4 weeks my mom waited for her glasses never told us the insurance wouldn't pay for it. And they never called or anything. Wouldn't have found out if I didn't call to check. Horrible horrible place. Don't use

I booked an appointment about a year in advance to have my eyes looked at before the end of the year. When I arrived on site there was no doctor available. I had numerous reminders and appointment confirmations for my specific date and time, but alas they had nothing in the system for me. They can get me in, but not until next year - too late to use my benefits.If you get an appointment confirmation email confirming your appointment, please be aware that it is not actually an appointment nor when you confirm this appointment are you actually confirming an appointment.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Really bad dirty sales tactics here. Refusing itemized breakdown until glasses are ready to pick up. Using terms like “Partial Coverage” to max out your lense benefits instead of saying “Your insurance covers up to X and you pay Y if you go over that. Putting “All sales final, no refunds or returns” on bottom of credit card receipts. This is a run down little franchise. It’s not even a corporate store. They have very few customers and are using every tactic they can to maximize profit. Added $30 in charges to lenses for things I never asked for. Make sure you get a line by line itemized explanation of benefits from them before then run your debit or credit card.
