Stay away! This places closes classrooms all the time. If you need your child to actually attend daycare and don't have PTO to burn this is not the place for you. This place closes classrooms every other day because teachers keep quitting. They literally ask families to 'volunteer' to keep their children home, so they can keep classes open.....and they have the audacity to increase rates and charge extra fees despite not being able to actually keep their doors open. They also don't credit your account for the days that they are closed....they still charge you!

Ive been trying to enroll my son over 6 months now. I went to the facility filled out the paperwork and was told to wait for their call back which they never did. 3 days later I called them and my spot was given away. After that they apparently put me in the waiting list for June, and nothing. I called them back in June and they said they don’t do waiting list ??? Like what? And then was told to call them back at the end of July to enroll him for August. I called them last week and now they are telling me they won’t have anything until December now? It must be a joke! Horrible service

Everyone is so nice and caring. I am so grateful for them caring for my little one. They made it so easy for me to leave my little guy with them because I know he is being so well taken care of.

I am highly disappointed with the way this KinderCare treated my son and I during the enrollment process. After touring the facility, I immediately wanted to enroll and was told I’d be sent a link. I never received a link, and when I told them I hadn’t, instead of resending it, they told me to wait for whatever reason. Come to find out 2 days later, despite me emailing them the morning before and the day before that, they gave the spot I had BEEN trying to enroll my son in away. I don’t know what kind of biases or discrimination they’ve got going on at this center, but I definitely will not be enrolling my son here. They need to treat prospective families better. If this was by some slim chance a genuine mistake then they need to fix their enrollment system fast.

Poor quality childcare.

The teachers are wonderful but the administration is atrocious. They close CONSTANTLY at the last minute whether it's for COVID or a single snow flake - no discounts of course. They're so behind in COVID protocols, too - still implementing requirements such as "test to stay" that public schools in the area got rid of before Kindercare even started. I would say at BEST there's an occurrence at the center once every 2 weeks that leaves my husband and me scrambling for child care at the eleventh hour. If you have a job that you can't easily call in sick to, etc. this is not the place for you.

My daughter had been going here since she was 3 months, she is now 3 and continues to love it. Her teachers have been wonderful, she has great friends there, and the managing staff are friendly and helpful. This Kindercare location came highly recommended from a friend and I am very glad we decided to go here. As a first time parent, they have been very helpful throughout my daughter's development, letting me know when behaviors were totally normal or adjustments should be made.

We are new to KinderCare and started our son for the first time this September. We could not be happier with our decision to enroll here. We were able to do a virtual introduction that answered all of the questions that we had. Once we made the decision to enroll we had a transition week that allowed our son to get used to his new environment. The staff was unbelievable and so flexible in this time. The director team were also very supportive of my wife and I as they know it is just as tough on parents as it is on the kids. They have an awesome application that gives updates all day long, letting you know what the activities are and sharing photos of the fun being had. All meals are provided so there is always something new for our son to try. The teachers in his room are experienced and really easy to talk to and ask questions. I highly reccomend this location!

It takes a village to raise a home and let's just say Kindercare and the staff made me feel secure and comfortable leaving my child with them. Knowing I picked them has been the best choice I could make. IT MAKES BEING AWAY FROM MY BABY OK, especially with the hands on app for parents and staff to connect. It's the best school you can ask for. From the Daycare hours, to the onsite chef to the activities and learninging technique I highly recommend any of their facilities . And if you have a child that is shy or needs a hug or 10 in the morning because they rather be with mom or dad than school, Kindercare Staff goes over and beyond to make sure that your child is comfortable and happy. So if that kid needs a hug for 5 mins guess what 5 mins it will be. I love this daycare. Every kid should be a Kinder Kid.

3/13/20-My 15 month old daughter was assaulted by a teacher at Kindercare Learning Center Lowell Street Peabody. I was not informed of it, but rather the woman who witnessed it happen told her friend who no longer works there and her friend told my friend who then told me last night. So while at work last night I got a phone call from a third party telling me my daughter was assaulted by her teacher today. I tried getting answers calling the woman who witnessed it and was told “I can get in trouble if I say anything I don’t know how the process works”, the daycare was now closed so I tried getting the personal phone number of the director of the daycare and was told “she said come in tomorrow and she will talk to you”. My mother picked Addison up from daycare yesterday and nothing was said about anything. Rather she smiled at my mother and told her to “have a good day”. So the woman who witnessed this can talk about what happened to my daughter with her friends but when the mother of the child asks what happened she “doesn’t want to get in trouble”. I went to the daycare this morning and spoke with the director who said she “placed the accused woman on administrative leave and contacted corporate but did not contact me because she did not have all the information yet”. The day before my daughter came home with a bite mark on her arm. I called the daycare asking why there wasn’t an incident report made and asking what had happened. Her teacher said she “didn’t know what happened and didn’t hear Addison crying” she said “I do see Addison biting her sleeve sometimes” my daughter had a short sleeve on and doesn’t even have enough teeth to make the bite mark that was on her arm. No matter WHAT, this daycare center is WRONG for first of all not informing me that my daughter had been assaulted whether it’s under investigation or not. For speaking about the matter to anybody else but ME! They had enough information to place her on administrative leave and contact corporate but not the mother of the child who had to hear what happened from another parent? A parent who told me that this isn’t the first time this woman has been accused of putting her hands on a child! I trusted these people with my DAUGHTER and I feel BETRAYED. People will know what happened to my daughter at this daycare center- somewhere where she is supposed to be SAFE! And I will make sure this WILL NOT be brushed under the rugI filed a police report with Peabody police and DCF is in the process of investigating the center.

My friend recently removed their child from this daycare after finding out that a teacher held the child down and put tape over the child's mouth. Apparently the teacher was fired and the daycare self reported to the state, but I'm so appalled. I feel people should know if they send their child there.

Horrible !!! I Review Everywhere I go the min I step out of that place or are done with there services no matter what it is this Place was horrible toward my child considering he had special Needs So its your choice to bring your child here that's on you and on top of that he would come home with bumps and brusises and no incident report
