Very professional and no surprises! Couldn’t ask for more. John came to my home and measured my shower, helped me choose the glass and hardware and then they came back to deliver and install. My bathroom looks like it’s brand new.

Start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their sales team was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process of choosing the best glass for my project and their install team worked with my schedule to get the job done quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for glass shower doors!

Really didn't want to have to write this post as we really enjoyed our pre-purchase experience at Oasis. But that's where it ended for us unfortunately.. we purchased a $3000 custom shower door and they sent a professional out (Eric) to measure our shower and approve the setup of the shower install. He said everything looked great and would place the order for the glass accordingly. We waited approx. 2 months for the door to come in (which was fine) and then get installed.Since that day (in September 2022) our shower door has leaked (majorly) every single shower. We have contacted Oasis many times to address the issue and we either get ignored or some additional excuse like our shower pan was installed improperly (which is not true as Oasis "approved" the design before even measuring or installing). Oasis has come out once to address the problem, which to them is giving us an additional plastic insert to block the leakage. Unfortunately not only does it ruin the esthetic of the door, but it also hasn't stopped the door from leaking. At that visit, we also were told the door was coming off the wall already and would need to be re-secured.Still, after every single shower, there is a massive puddle to mop up. We have tried everything, from repositioning the shower head, to changing the water pressure, to changing angles of the plastic insert we received as a "solution" ... nothing works. At this point we paid $3000 for a door that will ultimately cause water damage to the floors of our brand new bathroom (and likely the ceiling to the floor under it).My advice? Save your money and hassle and keep the ugly shower curtain; or go with a different company. Super disappointing.

Go elsewhere otherwise you will be very very disappointed. HORRIBLE customer service. They don't respond and don't bother going into their store because they open only when they want. Run!

Oasis Shower Doors are the best. Their showroom is first rate and their sales people are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Communications were quickly answered. The installation site is first templated and alas there is a 5-week lead time on the glass. Installation of the glass took less than 2 hours and the quality of materials and workmanship are first rate. I would highly recommend this company.

Do NOT use this company. All they care about is getting your $$. The sales guy was super prompt to reply and come out; then phone me asking me to put in the order for his end of month quota which I foolishly did. Then NO COMMUNICATION. I told the sales guy that I wanted a month turnaround as I had my father in law coming, staying for the summer. It took so long for them to get back to me, well after a month, that I thought I had been scammed. Booked the date and time very specifically and then "delayed" and couldn't make it. WTF

They were absolutely fabulous. Eric, our sales person, explained everything in detail and gave us great advice and service. He had a quote to us quickly. We went to the showroom to pick the glass. It is beautiful and the sales person there was also very helpful. The install was flawless. When I emailed a question about care of the glass, and mentioned that I didn't want to use the shower until I heard back, I got a return call from Eric within hours, and on a Saturday night to boot! It all went as perfectly as it could have.

Oasis Shower Door was amazing from start to finish! Rick did so well getting our door chosen with a smile, Chris with his partner were completely professional, courteous, and kind during the installation process. They all were phenomenal including the main office who we called several times to make arrangements amidst the Covid limitations. And, the craftsmanship on the door is a masterpiece! Many thanks to one and all!

Oasis Shower Doors was great to work with. It was the last step in our complete bathroom remodel. I was impressed that they gave an on-line estimate based upon my measurements, and were very clear about the cost of the 2 or 3 options that could be added on. We then saw the door we chose at a local showroom. Once we agreed on the scope of work, they set up an appointment for someone to measure. They promised installation in 3-4 weeks and they were right on time. All the workers were competent, courteous and neat. In a world of delays and deception, Oasis Shower Doors is high quality and reliable! I can not recommend them highly enough.

Entire process from in-home estimate thru installation was one of the best experiences with a vendor I've ever had. They couldn't have been friendlier nor more competent in all aspects. I highly recommend them. Am very happy with the frame-less shower door they installed. Every step of the process went extremely well.

Had a terrific experience with Oasis! The team was prompt and professional in measuring and installing both a tub sliding door and a stall shower door. There were so many options to choose from and the staff was able to walk me through the process to ensure I made the best selections for each bathroom.
