The most unprofessional place on earth, they treat you like trash, NO ONE speaks English or knows what they are doing. They just don't care. Still forces you to buy accessories "included in the price" that you don't want or need it. Pay attention not to be fooled and end up paying more than you need!

They are quick to lie and cheat people out of their money and when a customer ask for explanations they will claim they don't know you and don't even have your information in their system, threaten you while they hide inside lovked doors and behind their monitors and call the police on you call the police

I was in love with Metro until T-Mobile took over. You can't pay your bill on-line or through customer service so you're forced to go to the store and get charged 5 dollars to hand the person cash or credit cardI'm extremely disappointed ☹️

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff!! Nice to be greeted with a smile and hello! Vastly different than what I encountered 2 times at the Washington St location in Salem. The "manager" there needs to come and take lessons in how to treat customers from the Peabody location. I'll NEVER set foot in the Salem location again. I've since heard from others similar experiences at the Salem location.

This is the second time I receive terrible customer service from this location. I was hung up on recently and almost charged $100 over the right price of an item. I realized the price was off so I didn't purchase the phone and left the store...

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.I was “helped” by a clueless girl called Rosa. I was switching to Metro and as a new customer Rosa wasn’t able to give me any details of what I was getting, what were my options and she made me feel very uncomfortable and doubtful if I really wanted to switch.She told me that “I HAD TO get an “add-on””for three months - in which was a lie (I used to work for metro back in the days and the reps makes us push sells, but it’s not necessary) I got home and downloaded my metro app and I took off the ads on she put because she pressured me to get it - I got a $5 credit back into my account for next month because I took it off.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE know what you’re going to get before they put “hidden fees” of unnecessary things you don’t need.I DO NOT recommend her services and I will never go back to that store if I’m going to be seen by her. ???????????

I don't know the reps name. She fixed my phone's issue ??. I couldn't get my supervisor's texts'. Sure I've right away to re-set my network. WaLa - FIXED. Thank U SO SO MUCH ! ?
