Jean provided excellent customer service - we will return over and over again! He fitted my grandson immediately to the correct blazer, shirt, etc. He was great.

I asked the sales associate multiple times to help me find a size for a shoe and then he walks away and I have to walk over to him to ask again they didn't have the size and didn't offer to order one did not want to help

Where is the zero star option? This is the worst Macy's I've ever been to in my entire life. I was visiting this area and needed a new replacement suitcase and backpack to continue my trip. There were all kinds of signs by multiple suitcases with sale signs of 50% to 60% off. I picked out what I wanted and took it to the bored, indifferent looking cashier who said she couldn't do a price check to verify the sale price. So she started ringing up the sale, and the luggage was full price. We told her that there were signs all over saying that these two items were on sale. She was unmoved. A normal salesperson would have checked the advertised price and honor it, then pull the sign if it was incorrect. She would do none of that. So we put the luggage back because I am not paying $800 for it. I looked at the luggage again and noticed the signs had fine print on the bottom - up and down dates of January 2023. Uh... the day I am looking at this is like 4 months later. I then thought that maybe they just re-use sale signs to save paper. A bored and miserable looking Macy's employee walked by. I asked her if she knew if the luggage was on sale. She kept walking and said, "I don't know. Come back tomorrow." Macy's sucks. I found nice luggage at Target for a fraction of Macy's price and the Target store employees were helpful.

I was in here the other day and heard one of the employees named Ina talking to the manager about how much they absolutely hate their customers. Hey I know you didn't see me there, but if that's how you feelI'll be spending my money elsewhere!

One of the employees at the furniture store was so cocky and arrogant. Was on his phone the whole time and rude . We were asking questions about the future we were interested and he his tone was " don't bother me I am playing on myPhone ". We came in to the store instead of asking us what we are looking for he was on his phone not wanting to help us .

Furniture department review only! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Waited one hour for service at the store and was ignored as associates had private conversations. When finally got help the sales associate had the worst attitude and was making comments to us. Don't go here. It's sad Macy's is a store I used to really like but I am not sure who they are hiring these day certainly not employees with customer service skills. Call me crazy but spending about $5,000 on furniture is kind of a big deal since it took time to save that money. To be treated this way is unacceptable

Yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience at Macy's. I was looking to exchange a sweater for a better size, but a staff member made it more difficult than it needed to be.The line was extremely long, so a saleswoman appeared to take transactions at a register on the other side of the store. Once there, she accused me of wearing the sweater even though it was in pristine condition and had all the tags attached. She also said that the item was not in the system because it had been purchased over 30 days ago-- which I know is not true based on my years of shopping at Macy's. Clothing returns with tags and stickers applied at time or sale (with the exception of "final sale") can be returned for credit up to 180 days, and the policy had not changed in January as she claimed.Ordinarily, I would not need my receipt for an even exchange, but given the circumstances I tried to find it. I couldn't locate it in my bag, so I stepped away. When I found it, I returned to the original customer service desk. Despite the unnecessary wait and hassle caused by the saleswoman, I was eventually able to return the item and receive credit. As I had expected, the exchange went as expected, and the receipt was not even needed. I was extremely unhappy with the attitude and gaslighting from the saleswoman. Speaking to me as though I were a shoplifter and making false claims about the return policy are unprofessional and unacceptable. Macy's, do better.

Took my 14 yr old son to the fragrance counter to pick out his Christmas gift. Kim helped us and she was BEYOND amazing! She answered all of our questions, gave recommendations, and even explained to my son how to use the product he picked. Her knowledge and helpfulness made us want to come back for all of our fragrance purchases!
