The pets are a bit of a problem! I know they are allowed, but two days in a row, I was stepping around huge puddles of urine to get into the elevator....
Not really the hotel's fault, but still disgusting!
Then there's their new parking partner who shakes you down for $5 by leaving love nites on your windshield ?... (See photo - it was raining)
But seriously, just charge the $5 to the room!

Very convenient. Super nice rooms. Breakfast very varied from omelet to chai pudding. Excellent indoor pool area small but very nice. Staff friendly. There is a nominal parking fee per day but worth it.
Rooms: Very clean, spacious, great for families.

Excellent value for money.
For what you pay, you can't ask for more.
Spacious, comfortable rooms with kitchen
Very small double beds.
You can't sleep on the sofa bed, it's so uncomfortable.
Repetitive breakfast and nothing more.
Base hotel to visit Boston and the area

Put us next to the elevator that's all you hear all night. pull out bed was disturbingly dirty. If they give you room 210 don't take it, ask for a new room

We came for the pool and no mention on the website that the pool was closed. Was told we could walk next door to the hamton Inn and use their pool. We went in March and it was rainy and could our. No we were going to do that. The rooms were gross and were not clean at all. Found a sex toy under the bed. Checked out at 2:30am because I just couldn't stay there anymore. Will not book here again.

There were several things on the website which the hotel did not have - room service, lounge, restaurant. The pool was cold and the water was green and there were paint chips floating in the water. The chair in our room (#614) was sliced at the arm. The toilet seat did not stay up. The closet door was off it's track. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for day trips to Salem. Rooms perfect for multiple adults. Ceiling fan was unfortunately too wobbly to use- made a bunch of noise.
Desk worker named King made our whole morning!

I have to start calling out hotels that advertise queen beds, but you actually get full-size beds, and lumpy springy lopsided beds at that. That size difference is actually noticable for two people.
The hotel itself is nice, the staff is nice, the location is decent (esp for Salem). The room layout is underutilized a bit, the small bed room with the two "queen sized" (actually full beds) are crammed in the room.
Not a bad stay, just know your queen sized bed will not be queen sized. Everything was pleasant, except the beds were the worst I have had in a while, I'd rather sleep on the beds at Springhill suites, and they have terrible beds.

Overall we had a nice stay. The hotel lobby is nice and breakfast area was good. The pool not so nice, water was cold and could use cleaning so was disappointed because was part of reason we chose hotel. The suite was very nice, clean and comfortable. I had an issue with hair dryer burning my hair but they came right away and replaced it. The location is okay, a little far from downtown Boston and seaport if there is traffic but if you don't mind 1/2 hour drive it's okay.
Rooms: Nice, clean, comfortable!
Safety: Felt very safe!

We are a family of five, my wife and I often give the kids the beds and we take the pullout couch. This was the worst pullout bed we’ve ever slept on! First off, it was filthy. Secondly, we actually had to remove the “so called” mattress and place it on the floor. Even at that, we were pretty much sleeping on the floor itself with springs poking in us all night. Brutal.
While the staff was nice, lobby area was very inviting… these are not cheap rooms and we expect more from Hilton.
