My primary care doctor is absolutely the best, and everyone there has always provided top-notch service. My only gripe is that the people in the pharmacy are so short-staffed and overworked that they never smile.
To the people that left negative reviews - any place you go (regardless of where it is) is bound to have a less-than-great person working there. Until about 10 years ago, I had all of my appointments at the Atrius (Harvard Vanguard) location in Burlington. My long-time PCP moved, and relocated to another HVMA office that was not close to me. My new PCP, well, lets just say that I wouldn't subject my worst enemies to the "care" she provided. Just awful. Ever since switching to Peabody, you can easily think that you're the only patient this PCP has. She's that personal and that invested in my health and well-being.

Very new to this building. Easy to navigate. People pleasant to deal with, very helpful. Happy to be a new patient here.

They told me they sent in a referral, yet no referral was received by the specialists. This has happened multiple times. AVOID

Place seems good overall. Keep in mind, like most such healthcare "collectives" these days, the responsibility is really on you (the patient) to: 1) create your online account (critical for keeping on top of your healthcare with an org like this!) & learn how the site works; 2) call in proactively to check on coverage/physician choices/appointment management etc etc.; 3) (Probably most important of all!) keep track of all questions/concerns/health issues you've got and, next time you see your PCP, **ask them!** [Of course you should always see a dr or go to ER asap --don't wait--if there's anything you think may be serious.]

They promise to call you back, then never do. You have to call them incessantly and half the time they still will not give you an answer. This has happened at least 6 times this year alone. I ask the for the doctor to call me and then get a phone call back from a nurse with no answers. Not to mention that they scheduled an appointment for me without even speaking to me to check my availability. The only reason they aren’t getting 1-star is because the pediatrics side is wonderful and the women who work at the internal medicine desk whose names start with M (I wanna say Mandy?) and T (she was working Monday and Tuesday afternoon) were phenomenal. The nurse (I think Colleen?) is also awesome! I am so sorry that I don’t remember their names.

This place has been absolutely terrible to me. Instead of the doctors listening to my problems and finding a solution they ignored me for months and a year later I am buried in debt and have no solution. One of the doctors also prescribed me a medication that interacting with another medication I take that only solved 1/3 of my health issues. I have seen 3 different doctors at this location and the last doctor decided to send me to a specialist. Instead of sending me to someone inside Harvard Vanguard he decided to give me an outbound referral to see a specialist elsewhere. Because of this I cannot get my appointment because the referral was sent wrong and the referral department is ignoring me worse than these doctors were. It is absolutely unbelievable that we are trusting these people with our lives and they can’t even handle sending a referral correctly. I am so truly defeated by how disrespectful this business has been to me for over a year. Please go anywhere else.

I scheduled and visited for my yearly physical. The Dr. asked me how do I feel. I responded " I feel good other then some cough we had in he family" She did the same tests as she does every year and listens to my lung etc.. then said" that this cough has been going around and should go away by itself".. Now my insurance was billed for $400 for the physical which was really nothing other just going through my list of medicine PLUS they bill $268 for sick visit. I contacted billing as I did not go for a sick visit...and "Milla G" responded: "reviewed and is inaccordance with standard billing and compliance guidelines."I am frustrated since, I received 0 service or treatment yet I am billed for "Sick visit". Does anyone knows how can I dispute this bill further? And if I can not.. well the cough still did no go away by itself so what am I paying for?

I would avoid seeing Dr. Gokce for dermatology if possible. She is completely uninformed about her own specialty, will not spend any time with you to figure out your issues and does not care to listen to her patients.

Absolutely disgusting how they go about business here, have never encountered more miserable and ignorant pharmacy staff. If you don’t like your job then quit, it’s simple.
