Wonderful staff and excellent customer service. I was in town visiting family and stopped in to have my mom's watch battery changed. You know all those small errands that take you all over town, that seem to suddenly accumulate while you are supposed to be "visiting." I got to talking with Haviv while he was working on the watch and asked if he'd be able to size my ring. I haven't been able to locate a competent jeweler in Florida, not surprisingly. Not only was he able to get the work done before I departed town two days later, but Sandy was so kind and made my visit to their store so enjoyable. I will recommend Golden Link to ALL my local family and friends, and to all of you that will listen.Thank you both so very much!

first time meeting, i had a fabulous conversation with the staff, asked a few questions about my personal jewelry items, and they gladly cleaned and shined them for me free of charge! definitely am going to be back! highly recommended

I brought my engagement ring in to be sized...He is the first person to get the size right..my right ring came back shiny and clean for a very fair price!

Unfortunately when I went to pick up some repairs yesterday I was extremely disappointed. A casual pleasant conversation turned into a political one with both Haviv and Sandy becoming very unpleasant and unprofessional. Especially Sandy…she was acting like a rude bully and it was pretty horrifying. Several times I said we should “agree to disagree” but these people would not stop being condescending know it all bullies. A disgrace. When I got home I realized the ring has been sized in white instead of yellow gold and one of the small stones he set was chipped. Cannot recommend these people.Reply….Haviv brought up the politics. Perhaps when a customer shows they don’t wish to talk politics you should back off instead of raising your voice and getting rude and angry. You are a hypocrite.

What a wonderful family owned business. Every time I have been there feels like I'm with family. Always a very friendly experience. Haviv made me the most beautiful ring that everyone always compliments me on. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had 5 pieces of jewelry repaired. Mr.Shaul is a wonderful jeweler! He was able to repair my mom's antique rings, pendant, and bracelet for a very reasonable price and fast service. (And I did shop around.) The workmanship done was flawless. My family will be bringing our jewelry to Golden Link for future jewelry services. They do have some awesome pieces at the store, too. Also, his wife, lovely Mrs. Shaul is a gem to work with. I would highly recommend doing business with Golden Link. Thank you.

Was really disappointed today by Haviv and especially his wife, when I went in to pick up some small repairs. A pleasant conversation about cruises was turned into a political discussion. Three times I said "We will just have to agree to disagree." But they wouldn't stop. When his wife came over it got even worse, with her being a bully and condescending. How unprofessional and rude.I don't care what someone's religion, race or political beliefs are...but I do expect to be treated respectfully when I am giving my business to you. I would never treat my own customers the way they treated me and will no longer patronize this place or recommend them to my own clients. It was disgraceful.
