If I could give this place zero stars that would be more appropriate. Waited 8 days after purchasing a prom dress for my daughter to inform me my order was cancelled because the dress was not available. This was only after I texted this lousy company first, did they inform me about the dress not being available. Will never do business with them again.

Buyer Beware!! While the customer service prior to purchase was great. I was very surprised when the dress was $75 more than what the girl told me when we were in the fitting room trying it on. The price was not on the tag and the explanation I got was that the dress the girl “thought” it was was a similar dress but not the exact same style. Unfortunately they were not honorable enough to charge me the price they told me the dress was. I will not be back nor would I recommend to others. Shady business practices.

I am totally amazed with the staff at this store!!I went in to the mall earlier today looking for a dress for my military ball completely last minute and two ladies nathalia and Ashley helped me. I cannot explain how helpful they were these girls were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeableSomeone give these girls a raise I have never left a store feeling so confident and uplifted!

Not sure if someone has stolen here before but they’re very persistent in not letting you hold the dresses while you pick them out. Super uncomfortable. If it’s policy just say that but the persistence is off putting .

Beautiful dresses, but they get only 2 stars because of how incredibly snobby and rude one associate was. I felt like it was a scene out of "Pretty Woman," except I could afford their dresses. After trying on a few dresses and telling the associate that I wanted something less formal and wanted to look around the store more, she rolled her eyes at me and looked at her phone, completely ignoring us. WORST customer service and will never return to shop there or recommend that anyone else who wants to be treated with respect does.

the dresses here are very overpriced and the materials aren't of any outstanding quality either imo. some of the styles are nice but not at the price. sad to see the abercrombie & fitch got turned into this glitterati.

Eileen and Kaedynce provided amazing service today for my daughter. It was crazy busy and they were short handed but they were kind and patient and helped her find the perfect dress!
