Apparently, having incorrect prices on product and getting angry when the customer asks if they will honor that price is far too much for the gentleman manager with long black hair. He snapped at me as soon as I asked, and once I was leaving I said have a nice day to him he completely ignored me. You’re a professional at your job. Don’t get angry at a customer due to your poor management with changing prices. If I was GameStop he would be fired immediately. I am open to talk about this.

I was inside the mall a bit after 10:30am, they were totally closed. lights off. I can't see why a place says open at 10 when they were not open at all

This location sells used products as a brand new un opened product and then refuses to accept a return on the product when you catch them in their ways.

Unfortunately, since they closed the Beverly Ma location, we are forced to go here. This store has the MOST RUDE woman working here, always sighing, answering sarcastically and being downright rude to customers. She was helping a customer ahead of me when I arrived, and was giving her grief for trying to return an item she has just received via an online order, told her that she was the manager, then refused to give the woman her name. When she wasn't able to selle an item they literally have on the shelf due to "street date", she continued to be quite rude to me as well. She also refused to give her name after 2 requests. This is at least the third time I have seen her act this way, and does NOT belong working with the public.

Great experience Adam is a great worker was really fun and very knowledgeable I've been at GameStop customer for years and I usually don't go to the mall but we had fun and Adam made it worth it
