Tam was so great, she got me a %100 refund after I paid out of pocket for a tow! I was erroneously charged for a tow, but she took the initiative and called me to correct the mistake. 5 stars. Honest business!

We had a great experience with Gaeta's--after being towed over a misunderstanding at our apartment complex, Gaeta's helped us get our car fixed at a super reasonable price and in great timing. Everyone we talked to was so helpful and understanding. We are so appreciative!

I live at Broughton Dr in Beverly and my car was towed in the wee hours of the morning even though I had a resident sticker on my car! And they charge an outrageous amount of money to get your car back. These people are thieves and cannot be trusted!! I would give a negative star if I could. I'm not a criminal. The very next day my tire was vandalized. I'm extremely upset and stressed over this situation. And my friend was towed from the same spot. When we went to your company to get his car back we were told he was towed because he didn't have a resident parking not because the spot was illegal. Residents park in that spot all the time. Something needs to be done. The apartment complex should put a cone or sign there. Too many residents are getting towed. I'm staying away from that spot

I could not leave a good enough review for the service I just received. Matt came out on a call to tow my car that I thought was done for. Very kind, friendly and timely. Did not even end up needing to tow! I don’t think I have ever received a better customer service experience. Matt was my life saver today!

Matt showed up to tow my car - and he helped turn around a terrible day with his kindness and efficiency. I hope I never get a flat tire again but, if I do, I hope I’m in Peabody when it happens. In all seriousness, thanks to Matt and team for a great experience.

My car (rdx) died in line at a gas station on route one during morning commute ? called AAA and Gaeta towing arrived within 15 minutes. Alex was so pleasant, checked the alternator and said the battery was the most likely issue. He jumped started the car and recommended I bring it right to the drive through service at acura. It was nice to have someone share the best way for me to be on my way during a hectic morning. Highly recommend Gaeta towing

THEY STINK - If ZERO STARS was a choice - that's what they'd get - Triple A service request - request accepted!! - he will be there within 75 minutes -received driver en route notification (I'll leave his name out) - at the 50 minute mark - received a call from Triple A - he will be there 10-12 mins - checked tracking link they sent me for the driver - I can see he is 20 minutes away at the one hour mark - nearly 3 hours later and 3 phone calls NOTHING - last call to AAA put on hold for 9 minutes so she could Gaeta's dispatch and was told they don't know when their coming - TERRIBLE- I canceled the call - spoke with AAA - told them to never - ever again assign Gaeta's to a call for me - Luckily I don't need AAA service often - but over the years this has happened at least 3 other times to me and my family and friends with Gaeta's - they stink

Called AAA for a tow at 9:55pm. Gaetas tow showed up and realized he could not tow with the vehicle he came in and needed a flatbed. The tow operator stated he was going to go and get a flatbed. He never returned. When I called Gaetas the person I spoke with said he was under the impression that AAA Fleet was going to bring a smaller flatbed bc Gaetas was too big to tow the vehicle to address... The vehicle was being towed to an open parking lot with plenty of space to maneuver.The problem isn't even that. Gaetas never reported to AAA that they were unable to tow. So there was no call in to AAA that we were still on the side of the road.So we ended up waiting til 1:53am AFTER we placed a 2nd service call.Communication is not their forte.
