Best local tile shop in the area. Great selection of tile. Friendly people cater to your needs they also answer the phone which is a huge plus for me as a contractor. Must visit if you're doing a bathroom or kitchen renovation and need tile.

Great place to shop for tile. Lots of good options, layout of the showroom makes it easy to explore various options (including really large tile options) & hone in on what you like. Sales staff was helpful while giving us space to figure out what we wanted. Theres also a great BBQ place in the same plaza once you’ve finished picking out tile :)

Our first visit for our DIY bathroom renovation and there’s no need to look further! This place is amazing! So many choices and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales, they give samples to take home and pricing is very reasonable. We went for bathroom tiles, however, they are much more than tiles. It’s a one-stop shopping experience.We won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Tom for excellent advice and service.

My wife and I experienced EXCELLENT customer service from minute one of the process until everything was delivered. They had so many options to choose from. Vivian helped us come up with a plan using her amazing design skills putting a kitchen cabinet/island/countertop/backsplash combination that we always dreamed of. We are so very thankful to Fitzgerald Stone & More for helping us pick the right tile for our main bathroom shower remodel. We had exhausted all the tile shops in our area, then on a Saturday afternoon, after totally running into a design roadblock, we made the best decision by taking the 50 minute drive to Fitzgerald. We walked in and were greeted by Viviane. Viviane is wonderful! Based on what we provided to her, along with some pictures of our current main bath, she directed our attention to some new and beautiful tile and pulled together an awesome design. We were thrilled - Viviane saved us from our design paralysis!Every step of the way, from the experience with Viviane to having the tiles ordered and shipped, our experience was terrific with the team at Fitzgerald. They kept us updated throughout the order and shipping process and we received our tiles in time and all were in perfect condition. We even had to order some extra tiles mid-way through the install and Fitzgerald had what we needed in stock. They came through for us multiple times.Bottom line, if you want great, personalized service and design, along with a totally fresh and cool selection of tiles, look no further than Fitzgerald Stone & More in Peabody, MA.

I had an emergency situation - first tile that I bought online NOT from Fitzgerald to not look right in kitchen. I had to get new tile immediately or rebook the contractors. Fitzgerald accommodated by panicked search, gave me 3-4 options that I brought home, made the decision at 5:30pm and got the tile in 48 hrs. Then, I RAN out of this tile - needed just a few more pieces and they went to the warehouse to pick up another box for me same time. STELLAR!!

I went to three tile stores in the area and this place impressed me the most. Great selection with more than the usual grays and tans. We wanted a subtle splash of color for our bath and that is evidently hard to find. The woman here was incredibly helpful and was able to look up the availability of each material.

Owners Tom and Viviane are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. From the time you walk in the showroom they make you feel like part of the family. They have a very large variety of mosaic backsplash as well as porcelain and ceramic tile. I highly recommend Fitzgerald Stone for all of your flooring and backsplash needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experienced EXCELLENT customer service at Fitzgerald. I had two bathrooms and a foyer to tile and had absolutely no idea what to do with them. After month and months of searching at tile stores throughout the state, all of which offered no design help at all, I came across Fitzgerald tile. Vivian helped my husband and I come up with a design plan, pick out the tile, pulled many different samples and put everything together beautifully. Can’t wait to pick up my order and see it all come to fruition. Five stars! I definitely recommend them they are so professional and soooo helpful!! I felt like I was meeting with an interior decorator. Their price was good too. Don’t even waste your time going anywhere else, Just go Fitzgerald’s stone and more.

Tom was wonderful and it was hands down the best customer service experience I have had in quite some time. He listened to what I was interested in and provided complimentary products. The products arrived on time and without issue. The follow-up was great, the email communication timely. I only wish I found them sooner, because they will be my new go m-to.
