consistently has a larger stock than other shoe stores within the north-shore mall. good assortment of sneakers/tennis shoes. staff are friendly & not helicopter-like if you're clearly just browsing.

This isn't a shoe store, not even remotely. It's a tiny department of Macy's. It was staffed by a very pleasant clerk with zero knowledge of shoes, running or athletics. Total waste of time.

the cashier named Brianna was very patient and nice i've gotten 2 different size shoes in my box and she went above and beyond to help me appreciate good service thank you Brianna YOUR AWESOME.

Pretty good shopping/exchanging experience. Pretty good inventory, good pricing and good customer service. Had to go to the store after buying online and then one pair being soldout. Still waiting for my $80 gifcard and it's been over a week. If it doesn't come very soon their getting one star because then it's like robbing the customer.

Nice looking store but the associates were not welcoming. I had a total of 5 pairs of sneakers I wanted to buy for my family. Unfortunately not one person working there said hello or offered to help me today. I walking out disappointed. I will not spend money at a place where I can even get a hello. Sad.

horrible customer service. my son purchased shoes and the shipped damaged shoes. I sent the shoes back for an exchange. weeks later and countless hours on hold still mo update on getting his order.

Nice big store, good stock. Very helpful staff, no attitudes given even after handing over 7 pairs for sizes. Ladies were knowledgeable and helpful. Store wasn't crazy loud or messy. Overall best finishline I've been to. Fyi, it's no longer by the food court, it's down closer to Macys now.
