FedEx will never get my business again and I suggest anyone reading this do the same.I moved across the country and used FedEx to ship a large computer monitor to myself and insured it. When it arrived, it turned on but the panel inside was clearly damaged because the screen would no longer work. I submitted a claim and it was instantly rejected.I then appealed and they agreed to perform an “inspection.” The person on the phone indicated someone would be sent to do this and inspect it in my home. I agreed but when they sent someone out, they wanted to pick it up and take it from me so I refused. They then sent two more people who also wanted to pick it up and finally one of them explained to me that the inspection works this way where they will take it back to one of their facilities.I allowed them to take it and after several weeks I finally get a call from an inspector. They seem to have no idea why they have my monitor and ask what I want. I tell them what happened and they just say ok and that they’ll do the inspection. About a week later the monitor is returned to me with 0 documentation or indication of what the result is of this inspection. Finally a week later I call their customer support and they say my claim was denied again because there is 0 physical damage to the outside of the monitor. This was completely ridiculous after 3 months of back and forth and the fact that I had to reach back out after all of it to get an answer feels crazy. They are completely disorganized and don’t want you to have any transparency into their processes. As I said at the top, they will never get my business again.

Helpful in store. Paid $20 for two scans(large) to PDF. Inspected small screen-ok. Done similar in Concord NH store, paid $12 for 2 complete files!!Got home and looked only one complete file-the other was just an icon!Called to see if they could email missing-nope!I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Avoid this store ‼️Why the store manager is so mean with customers?, we went to pick up a package and asked for help with the other packages she refused to help us, and respond with a bad attitude. She looked like she doesn’t want to do their job. I don’t get why she work as a manager if she has no professionalism.

Amazon, UPS, United States postal, all understand. After many years, FedEx still does not understand, FedEx drivers still cannot understand that Staples is a valid destination for (1st class) mail and packages. Every package that I have shipped to Staples gets lost in bureaucratic bull... Please tell every FedEx driver in the world, Staples is a valid destination. Please. # Do not use FedEx. #

I always use FedEx to send gifts to my grandchildren. And I always use Pack and Ship. So easy. I bring bags of wrapped presents. They pack them and I'm done. It costs more, but it's for the grandkids so I don't care. It makes their gifts more special being delivered by FedEx instead of the mail. Oh, everything goes Ground. I'm in Massachusetts, packages get to Vermont the next day; Ohio and Virginia take 2 days. Beat that.

All I can say the customer service specifically from the store manager was simply non professional. The employees were fine. However when an employee asked the store manager a question that she couldn't answer (which is perfectly fine) he simply waved it off and told her to tell me go to the website (mind you I am right in front of him) When I asked another general question the answer was the same..and slightly sarcastic...which earned a laugh from one of his employees. As a business owner, if I was aware that my store manager acted that way, we would have a meeting ASAP. With that said the experience was 5 min long and with that said it was most certainly not a pleasant one. This is the FedEx Kinkos on RT-114

I was shipping a package to Indiana and it was delivered in Michigan. The store manager said " I don't know what happened to your package, we don't deliver them. Call the 800 number." She could've said, "Let me file a claim for you," she could've said, "let me contact the District Manager," she could've said "let me call a direct customer service number." Most of all, she should've said, "I'm sorry the company I represent screwed up."

As a now former customer of several years of this location, short and sweet: if you do not greet a customer when they are standing directly in front of you, if you roll your eyes at a customer when they respond to a query you make, and if you have a scowl on your face throughout an entire transaction, perhaps it would be better if you either (i) quit the job that you apparently hate so much and/or (ii) find a job where you will not have direct contact with the public. You're not doing the world a favor simply because of the fact that you are breathing. Seriously.
