After so many rings someone hangup the call without answering. The person who hangup my call maybe suffering with some kind of racist allergic reaction by seeing a particular name or race I guess.This person shouldn't be there at all by any means. Extremely disturbing and disrespectful to a customer or a caller who tried to get some information for international shipping (an envelope of documents) and I got extremely disappointed.
