We had the best time picking out wedding bands with Allison this month! She selected two gorgeous bands that we ended up picking out of all of the options that we were shown! I also had my platinum ring resized and they polished and cleaned it as well! It looks brand new and fits perfectly! I loved that they called me to let me know when it was ready to pick up, as well as had it gift wrapped at pick up! Truly felt so special and was so grateful to have found them!

Ten out ten! I won the tickets for Mariah Carey tickets and went with myMom and it was amazing. Stephanie and Joanna are the sweetest, and helped me get the tickets and gift card so easily. Thank you Raymond Weil and Descenza in Peabody! I went to Tuscan kitchen and had an awesome meal with aperol spritz! Perfect night out!! Could not recommend Decenza more and got my band and diamond there!

The amount of times we ordered a simple platinum wedding ring and it was either “lost” or never ordered was ridiculous. We ordered it and never got called for weeks. Went in and they lost the ring. The second order they never places it and never had record of us. The third time I ordered it on the phone. It’s been roughly 4 months and still never heard back. We ordered a gorgeous platinum ring from an ethical site for a fraction of the price. Will never go to DeScenza again. Unbelievably unprofessional. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least they have real jewelry.

Stephanie and Joe offered use such a great experience. They listened to our needs and matched it with our budget. We were also greeted with champagne and treats which was a bonus. My fiancé and I left with our custom made wedding bands. Loved it!

I really enjoyed the wedding band event today! Sooo many options and finally found a band that we both loved even after we thought we would go with something different ! Norma at DeScenzas was very helpful and super nice and the vendor woman for Sylvia was awesome as well! Both of them helped sell me on my ring! Even though we didn’t purchase today !
