CVS overall is failing. The stores are sparse and they "close" the pharmacy every day from 1:30 to 2 then closed by 7. Have they not heard of staggered lunches? Covid has brought many bad habits to retailers and they wonder why stores are closing.

Do not print photos here.. their printer stinks and absolutely ruined our Christmas cards. Was told the reprint (that I never saw a copy of) wasn't any better and I needed to call customer service for a refund. That call another horror show. But just cautioning people don't print photos here.

Jayden behind the pharmacy counter gets really inconvenienced when customers need to pick up their prescriptions. The attitude is unbearable and unnecessary. If your job is deemed to be that bad by you, then quit. Don't take it out on everyone else. But my apologies to Jayden for needing your services, I'll do better to not get sick and need meds again.

Done with this poor excuse for a pharmacy. I have never seen a staff of people hate their jobs more. Go collect shopping carts if you hate dealing with people. You are in charge of people’s medicine that could be life or death. This used to be such a great pharmacy and everyone was so nice and helpful. Now it’s just a bunch a rude miserable people that don’t care to help you or know absolutely nothing. I’ve stood in line for over 30 mins multiple times. Drive thru is open when they feel like it and they move slower than slugs. Corporate needs to do something about this asap.

This pharmacy is the definition of people that do not care. Every time I call I'm waiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes for someone to Even answer the phone. I'll call the front of the store to have them transfer me and tell them that I've been waiting forever now and then I'll just sit for another 5 minutes on the phone waiting for them to answer. When I actually go in the pharmacists are always rude to their staff the staff that's doing check out always looks miserable always forget something and always messes up. They pick and choose when they want to open the drive thru.... Do not bother going here they are waste the time.

The pharmacy is wildly understaffed at all times. When they are busy, they just let the phone ring endlessly and you can hear it throughout the store. Unfortunately, it is the only pharmacy in South Peabody.

the lines were too long considering they seemed well staffed. the selection is very poor. the quality of most of the products is very subpar. i wouldn't recommend stopping here overall.

Pharmacy is grossly understaffed and they do not answer the phone, even for pharmacists from other CVS pharmacies trying to re route Rx. Staff it accordingly or shut it down.

only reason they get 1,star is because you need to say something. the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. picked up a script and got home and noticed 1 missing. called MD and they got receipt confirming pharmacy received.called pharmacy ... 32 minutes on hold... nobody answered.called back... 22 minutes on hold ... nobody answered.go to pharmacy... person at register says script on hold . why??? I don't know ... you have to go to consultation desk. already two very unhappy people in front of me dealing with the same incompetent bullshit.finally, it's my turn . the medication is back ordered. so you couldn't have told me that when I picked up other Med and saved me almost 2 hours on hold and a trip to the pharmacy???time for a new pharmacy!!!no excuse for this!!!!

I needed an emergency prescription, Dr wrote on rx (patient on their way to you) before sending it in. I arrived at the pharmacy 20 minutes later to be told it would be another 20 minutes, ok their busy, so 30 minutes later I asked if my prescription was ready, was told another couple minutes....and kept being told this for another hour....finally I got loud and asked one last time "Will My prescription be ready any time soon" then the pharmacist came over and told me they were out of the medication!!!!! Now this couldn't have been told to me in the beginning? It was also now to late to reach my Doctor to send in something else.....this pharmacy is very mismanaged, they never answer their phone, I've seen 6 techs working (standing around) and been told they don't have enough help!!!!! Definately go someplace else, do not waste your time at this pharmacy

I don't know what's happening with big brands like CVS and others, but customer service all around is very very bad, my review is for the Pharmacy at this location, not the cashiers, Pharmacy employees need to be trained on efficiency and customer service.Us customers should leave our reviews and hope that higher management will do something about it.
