Slowest possible pharmacy… and I don’t understand how because they text when prescription is ready and if I’ve ever come and it’s not they have me come back in 15 min……. So why do I always wait in line no less than 30 minutes?!?! They should be timed on window time this is ridiculous.

I would give it 0 stars but that’s not possible so I give it a one. Walked in two hours after open and was rudely told to get out so workers could vacuum. Woman with brunette hair very rude never coming back. You lost a lifetime customer goodbye

If I could give a zero I would just got hung up on by the so called pharmacist and when they hung up the told me “I did my part have them send it to another pharmacy.” What kind of customer service do you call that . Because where I stand you didn’t do your part

So shameful to have a CVS pharmacist who gravely hates her job continue to cause more suffering to customers who are already dealing with one ailment or more.. Today trying to pick up my Covid medication“. pharmacist was so rude and unruly. Has no atom of customer service. Yelling on top of her voice, very condescending even in front of the store manager who came out for her own support. Will have to find another pharmacy. Good luck.

CVS overall is failing. The stores are sparse and they "close" the pharmacy every day from 1:30 to 2 then closed by 7. Have they not heard of staggered lunches? Covid has brought many bad habits to retailers and they wonder why stores are closing.

Do not print photos here.. their printer stinks and absolutely ruined our Christmas cards. Was told the reprint (that I never saw a copy of) wasn't any better and I needed to call customer service for a refund. That call another horror show. But just cautioning people don't print photos here.

Jayden behind the pharmacy counter gets really inconvenienced when customers need to pick up their prescriptions. The attitude is unbearable and unnecessary. If your job is deemed to be that bad by you, then quit. Don't take it out on everyone else. But my apologies to Jayden for needing your services, I'll do better to not get sick and need meds again.

Done with this poor excuse for a pharmacy. I have never seen a staff of people hate their jobs more. Go collect shopping carts if you hate dealing with people. You are in charge of people’s medicine that could be life or death. This used to be such a great pharmacy and everyone was so nice and helpful. Now it’s just a bunch a rude miserable people that don’t care to help you or know absolutely nothing. I’ve stood in line for over 30 mins multiple times. Drive thru is open when they feel like it and they move slower than slugs. Corporate needs to do something about this asap.

This pharmacy is the definition of people that do not care. Every time I call I'm waiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes for someone to Even answer the phone. I'll call the front of the store to have them transfer me and tell them that I've been waiting forever now and then I'll just sit for another 5 minutes on the phone waiting for them to answer. When I actually go in the pharmacists are always rude to their staff the staff that's doing check out always looks miserable always forget something and always messes up. They pick and choose when they want to open the drive thru.... Do not bother going here they are waste the time.

The pharmacy is wildly understaffed at all times. When they are busy, they just let the phone ring endlessly and you can hear it throughout the store. Unfortunately, it is the only pharmacy in South Peabody.

the lines were too long considering they seemed well staffed. the selection is very poor. the quality of most of the products is very subpar. i wouldn't recommend stopping here overall.
