This location is the absolute worse! Went to return an item I received for gift. The cashiers don’t know their return policy at all! Spoke with the manager and she as well didn’t know the return policy! To make things worse the manger tried to convince me they didn’t carry the item and couldn’t return it.. showed her proof it was purchased at THAT location and then she gives me the refund. The experience was terrible but I still shopped and then showed the manager that they indeed carry the item!

If I could give a negative number I would!!! The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone! And some people do not drive, and need to get information about their medication! How can people get a hold of the pharmacy in an emergency? This store and the blonde lady that fills the scripts need to be reported! I have seen her pick up and say “ please hold” and NEVER picked the phone back up! I have been on hold for an hour before I have up! THIS NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH!!!

horrifically bad staff. my friends and i went in to buy snacks, and the worker named kathleen circled around us the entire time. she refused to move more than five feet away. acted like we were stealing, even though we were completely normal, paying customers. we had no large bags, nor backpacks, nor baggy clothes. we were not on drugs, nor were we drunk. we were simply trying to patron the store. completely unacceptable behavior. i would give less stars if i could.

There’s never staff around as if they’re short staffed although they claim they aren’t. I did apply months ago around the time these reviews started popping up and although I didn’t see these reviews some of them say poor staff and understaffed which I assumed because every time I go there nobody is there and when I did apply they claimed they were full which looks not to either be not true or whoever is running it is doing good

Lol I’m pretty sure my ex-manager got rid of most of the bad reviews here, but this is the last time I’m going to say this and screen shot it so if it gets deleted again I will call corporate. I was supposed to get transferred and never did and also worked one day at the one I was supposed to get transferred and never did.

Ridiculous. Pharmacist was very rude and no help today. She talked down to me because I didn't understand something. Which obviously didn't make sense to the customers behind me either. I don't know her name but she is pregnant. I used to have no issues there since I moved here 7 years ago. But lately I can't deal with them. Im going to switch to Walgreens or somewhere else. I walked out crying with my two little kids. Now my daughter can't get her prescription figured out. My whole family goes there and now we are done.

This is the most in organized pharmacy I have ever seen the staff is rude and so is the pharmacist. You make an appointment for a glue shot and you'll be sitting the well past your appointment time. And as for prescriptions that's a joke because the are never filled on time

TO USE THE PHARMACY AT THE HOSPITAL I RECEIVE TREATMENT AT BECAUSE ALL CVS'S ARE INCOMPETENT...!I'D LIKE TO ADD MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE IN PERSON IRONICALLY TODAY JULY 31ST 2023 WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER DARKEN THE DOORWAY OF 174 MAIN STREET PEABODY, MA. 01960BEWARE THE OLD, VERY OLD, WITH SILVER-WHITE HAIRED "DRAGON LADY" -PHARMACIST, BECAUSE SHE'S A WITCH WITH A "B" ....!WHEREAS SALEM, MA. IS LESS THAN A MILE AWAY AND SHE NEEDS A GOOD SPELL CAST ON TO HER, TO TURN HER INTO A NICER PERSON, IF THAT'S POSSIBLE....? SHE SHOULD MAKE A TRIP TO SALEM, MA. So sick of the attitudes u get when calling here . So sick of being out on hold everytime u call here I don't care there's no excuse for always being out on hold when calling every store is busy they will leave u on hold for 15 mins
