Interesting… saw many one star reviews on bad customer service but guess I was lucky enough to get a good service there. The staff helped me get my thing done in professional manners. I’m very impressed that they confirmed with me multiple times to make sure I was not in a fraud or something. I have to say it did take a little longer but it was due to the requirements from Chase.

Despite other negative reviews, I've been to this branch a few times to open new accounts, make deposits/withdrawals, etc. Everyone has been friendly and helpful!

My second attempt to open checking and saving account with this bank here in this location because my house is nearby and no help twice. I had to leave the bank while I was waiting. I had to leave with no help do not waste your time. They are unprofessional. I’ll take my business somewhere else where they appreciate it

Awful of branch went there today to open my daughters bank account instead of feeling welcome. I felt disrespected featuring as why I was there the first thing they ask me was if I had a citizenship I don’t think a bank should be asking for those there’s different ways to ask. They could’ve asked if I had two forms of ID. as soon as my wife heard that she felt so disrespected that she walked out. We have been banking with Bank of America for 20 years, but we tried to Disney branch near us because my daughter wanted to try it but never go with there again.

Incredible custom service. Raul Guevara & Anthony Silvio. This bank is modern. The entire staff is professional. I'm over 65. This is how banking should be & is in Peabody. Thank you.

I wish I read the review before coming into this branch. Seems that they overall have a discriminatory vibe. I was immediately judged walking into the branch, there was no friendly smile or welcome. At one point I heard the teller tell the other teller that she “guessed I do have the funds” in my own account when asking for a bankers check. I was asked for a second photo ID.. after she whispered this.. then after providing a SECOND ID, she asked for the manager to come and approve. The dead look into my soul bothers me to this day. I’ve never felt so dirty in my life. This woman was also training a new employee.. the cycle continues. Extremely condescending. When I called to report, the initial response is that she might be having a bad day. Well, I put down my senior dog that day… so what are we comparing here? I’m not in a customer facing job, and if that’s the case, either Chase needs to a better job supporting the mental health of their employees or don’t come in that day. Who is the client here?Side note, I was also declined for a credit card but my other bank asked if I wanted to increase my limit. Who knows what algorithms they have.

Bank teller was extremely rude and was throwing micro aggressions to my mother. Hoping chase employees realize minorities need respect as well.

My mother's bank account was compromised. Chase helped her with a new account and transferring her SS direct deposit. We have been to the Peabody Chase many times over the last year. They always provided patient excellent service!

Awful service, the whole staff should be replaced. I'm banking with Bank of America from now on.
