I have going here for over 25 years. They have changed locations a few times. There is no one else I would trust with my car. Dave and his mechanics have always been honest and reasonable in price. Most of my extended family members also go here and I have given many recommendations over the years to friends looking for an honest mechanic.

I was referred by a family friend to Nick, one of your mechanics. Not only did he find the problem (I had taken it to three mechanics previously), but fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was also very helpful and friendly. I will be back for any repairs that my car needs in the future!

Dave and the guys at L&L are CONSISTENTLY honest, reliable, cheap, and even empathetic! I have brought my car in numerous times with suspicions and questions, and they have never once charged me by making up some fake problem. I had my car towed there once after breaking down on the highway, and, fearing something expensive, they told me honestly I just ran out of gas! They could have scammed me hard, but--as usual--they were just honest. Other times, when I have had to get a decent amount of repairs done, they have always had the most affordable price. Finding trustworthy, affordable, helpful, and kind mechanics is nearly impossible. I am thrilled to be a customer at L&L!

I have been going to L&L for years now. I was always one to go to the franchised service centers, but just felt like a number. I was leery to make the switch and so glad that I did. Everyone here is great, knowledgeable, and honest. They do not do anything that is not necessary and will let you know if a repair is urgent or can wait. Service is on point and time efficient. We have purchased two cars here and have all of our vehicles serviced here.

Worth reading! This rating is for the auto shop that is at this location. I gave it a 1 because the experience i had with this place was terrible. They said they would repair my whole exhaust from front to back but left out that they didnt do the converter which was the main concern cost(600$). Next was the inner tie rod it needed to be replaced but whatever they did made that whole tire area wobbly cost( 300$).Then was the brakes they said i needed all new ones. Cost (600$) i took the car when it was done and noticed a screech every time i applied the brakes and brought it back the excuse was they need to brake in yet the noise never left. With all the work they did the bill was 1800$. I didnt know anything about cars so i paid it. Sad thing is it didnt even pass inspection and feels worse now then it did before. I talked to a few other mechanics and they told me i got swiddled. SO TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE!

Sold me a car with a broken windshield, emergency break didnt work and the squealing noise they "fixed" yea, $300 later for new rotors, break pads, and calibrators. Thank god my father is a mechanic. They quoted me $600 for new breaks and that was "cutting me a deal" because they "felt bad" ( I had only had the car for 3 months and was away, for 1 of those months). Not to mention the "warranty" I bought from them too. $400 down the toilet since MA Lemon law covers transmission failure. Oh, and I only got the spare key..... so that will be another $260 from the dealer. THANKS L&L AUTO.

Very poor service if you are looking for an honest garage go elsewhere. Brought my car in for a simple repair and to my surprise when I got the bill it was for far more than I originally requested and I was not notified of this drastic increase. The owner was very rude when I expressed my dissapointment and after leaving I feel violated taken advantage of. I would not reccommend bringing your car here unless you are willing to pay triple the amount you were told when you dropped it off. Stay away!

I bought a car from this place. I think it's safe to say....it was a lemon. Once I took it home, all within 3 weeks: - battery died - clutch hose popped - 5...YES 5....check engine lights came on - the oil container cracked...oil spilled out of my car like a guy shot in 'nam I was livid. I was so ready to conclude that these guys knew of these problems and sold the car to me anyways. But each time I went in expecting to fight, they gave me no frills in fixing it. Even though my standard warranty was only for 30 days, these guys realized my car was more difficult than most and made repairs even up to 45 days after I purchased the car free of charge. All the guys that work here are decent honestly nice guys. They also have the cheapest gas in the area and its full-service. What more can you ask for.
