Checked in at guard shack 0430 for 0500 appt and was given a door right away. Gave Paper work to receiving office. 30 min later guy comes to door for paper work and told him it's at the office. 15 min later another guy comes to door wanting paper work, told him same thing. Then while getting unloaded with in the 30 min, office called and wanted to know if I was here yet to deliver??? Communication not great but was out by 0815 with $400 lumper.Place is small and sorta tight but not hard.

Arrived at 2300 hours, appointment time was 0700. There is limited overnight parking on the street. Street does dead end but room to turn around. Woke us up at 0244 to get our paperwork then called us at 0630 for a door. Pretty tight backing into docks, just enough room to do a 180 and back. Started unloading us immediately. Dude was cool waking us. See how long it takes to unload. Unloaded us within 1 hour! However, inspecting 12 pallets of blueberries takes another 1.5 hours! Ugh!

Arrived 9:30 left 13:00, some limited Parking on the street, nice Cafe nearby on the corner with great breakfast sandwiches.

Nice people. Got here before the crowd at 1900 the night before appt and backed into last door to wait. Was told to check-in at 0400. When I got up all the doors were full so maybe get here at 0300?? If you get here early just grab a door and start your break.

I have known the Bertolino family since the early 80's and worked as an independent contractor for them back then. 5 years ago when my employer sold their business I was very fortunate to start working for Berotlino Foods. This has been the best work experience of my career. This family owned business truly treated me like a member of the family. This is a great place to work and has only gotten better and better since day 1. The company's growth in the 5 years I have been here is astounding and it just continues to grow. So happy to be working here. Oh yes, the food is fantastic too!

Hey Drivers… a few trucks can park on the street in front of the building. The parking lot is tight, but doable. While there are plenty of docks, they seem to use doors 13 thru 16 for meat deliveries. Receiving starts at 0300; however, there’s only a handful of staff that early so be patient, more staff gets in around 6am.There’s a gentleman that is very sweet & helpful; he’ll do his very best to assist you until the calvary comes to get you unloaded. Office staff very polite as well. No outside trash can, port’a-potty; however restroom inside - when office opens, but there’s plenty grass area if you have a pet(s).Overall experience was fine… I got here around 1900; night before, appointment was @0300; out by 0700, lumper $300. Completed my 10hr reset here then moved on to my next drop.

Edit: Guess some of the original info isn’t true anymore. Original review was a year ago. I guess they open earlier now, not sure when, but they were open when I arrived at 0500, park on street and call them and they will give you a door now.Arrived at 5am for 7am appt. They don’t open till about 6:30am - 7am. If there’s an open dock just park in it. Unloaded and down the road by 8:30am. Lumpers were nice.

Always a great experience. Employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. I always pick their products over others at Market Basket because there is a consistent and noticeable quality difference.

Can’t say enough about the customer service people I dealt with on the phone last week. It’s not every day you have a good experience when dealing with customer service but they excelled. Definitely recommend all of their products!

Amazing quality product, friendly staff AND it’s a family owned business?? Take my money! So rare to see a multigenerational family run business these days and the Bertolino’s do it best. If you aren’t stocking your shelves or feeding your family with Bertonlino foods, you’re doing yourself a disservice.

I use #BERTOLINOFOODS meats for all my family recipes!!! It is like buying from the corner butcher shop back in the day when that’s where you went to buy the best!! Their meats are always fresh, beautifully cut and most importantly, tasty ?!!!! Thank you for your recipes also, the family loved them!♥️

Unprofessional service. 500lb minimum. Delivery supposed to come Monday, did not come.? Upon calling, found they forgot to call me. Excuse was they trying to run business but some products missing and less than 500 lb.
