This place is amazing! Ron and Dan and the whole team here is so good to work with! They work very quickly, are super chill and knowledgeable, and the price honestly was way less than expected.
Being into cars can be a headache sometimes, and there are a lot of shops that will price gouge and do subpar work. It’s nice to know that are still great people doing great work in the auto industry. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Ron at Bay State was excellent, they took my Chrysler Town and Country in the morning and had it done the same day. They are excellent, very professional and they care about the customer. I highly recommend for any exhaust repairs.

I was on vacation and had an exhaust leak. My minivan sounded like a race car. The Bay State Muffler guys took me first thing in the morning. They were so nice, saved me precious vacation time and the price was very reasonable. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone with an exhaust problem.

A great experience…My car was up on a lift within minutes of my arrival. The exhaust problem was diagnosed in :10 minutes and the friendly and instructive shop rep explained what they found, with an estimate of the cost and the time to repair. I was on my way in :90 minutes. My experience: 5-Star…5 Star for sure.

Extremely honest and fair! Was quoted over $1600 for a new muffler on a 2008 Infiniti. Just had a leak that they patched for $75.00!

Ron & Dan run a great shop. My job was done in a timely manner and really came out great. New 14" magnaflow muffler and a 4 1/4" slash cut single exhaust tip. Been going here 10 years.AAAA++++
