We all know that BANK OF AMERICA is in the list of the banks that don’t have such of great reputations but that location is one of the locations that you need to look out for whenever you go in for cash transaction??they won’t think twice to hand you fake money??so if you care about your hard earn money take time to check every dollar bill they give you,or you’ll come back telling them the money is fake they’ll act like you’re the one trying to give them fake money??even with loose change like pennies dime quarter they will scoop foreign currencies like Canadian quarter in it??what they do they unroll the wrapping paper of quarters and scoop in Canadian look alike quarters in it and give it to you??it happened to me once I thought it was a mistake but it happened again today?in each roll of 10 dollars quarter I got from them there was 4 Canadian look alike quarters In it so out of $50 quarters I ended up losing $5 I realized it’s not a mistake it’s something planned so BE CAREFUL FOLKS

Horrible staffing issues. Really long and unnessary waits! I counted 5 employees but only 1 teller for a 15 person line. As Im waiting im constantly seeing managers walk bye not helping anyone in their offices on their phone and employees in a back room just chatting away, stay away from this branch

Everything about lines here. Plenty of useless dressed managers and just 2 tellers.It is time to change to Chase just accross the street.Poor job, guys.

Waited in line for 10 minutes while 2 bank tellers gabbed & did not even acknowledge me. Then to cash a BOA check. They charged me $8. Thieves. I would NOT recommend using Bank of America

This location is a dump compared to the branch in downtown Danvers that is being closed. The set up of this branch is terrible and it’s under staffed. Changing banks is miserable but closing the only full service branch in my town clearly shows Bank of America is more concerned with profits than providing decent customer service.
