Did an amazing job on painting my rims. The communication was very good. Something that I loved was the honesty ,he was going to replace hood but was able to save it so the price went down…honestly if he didn’t tell me I wouldn’t know that he didn’t change the hood ,says a lot about them. “These guys did some work on my Tesla and did a really great job for significantly less then what others were quoting. Paint match was perfect, and they didn’t take very long (but I also wasn’t in a rush). I’ll definitely be coming back if I have any other issues in the future”

“I'd never been there before but my niece said they were better than Auto Zone was , and she's in Maine.I had a challenging fuse to identify and two men were helping me. One went to look at fuse panel in my car while other one on computer researching. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They encouraged me to return or call if I needed to.The store was nicer than competitor's. It had a pleasant smell and had a calm feel to it , even though there were constant customers.The parking was ample, and easy to access since the store located at junction of Lowell Street and route one in Peabody. You can enter from either.I live in Danvers, but it was worth the extra few minutes drive. I'll use them from now on.”

“I have a 2023 full size Range Rover and someone backed into me causing a softball sized dent right below the driver side rear break light. The body panels on this vehicle are aluminum and very difficult to reaper, much more so than steel. Most body shops do not have the talent to work on aluminum. I received several quotes from shops that do and they were "off the wall insane", over $5,000 for one little dent. These shops were recommended by the Range Rover dealer. I had Brian, the owner of Inline Autobody look at the dent and he said "no problem". They work on aluminum. The repair was perfect, paint match was perfect and for a fraction of the price I was quoted from the other shops. These guys are pros!And, I suspect any negative reviews, there is more to their story than they are telling you. Inline Autobody is professional, job was perfect and ready when they said it would be. I wasn't necessarily going to buy a car, but he showed took me for a ride and then pointed out all the benefits of owning a BMW EV, and then I was convinced. The people in the Showroom also couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating, including Dan, the manager of the branch. Mini of Peabody is so true to this great concept! I have bought or leased five Mini Coopers from MOP! Every one I have ever worked with has been so nice, fun, relaxed and professional! The facility could not be nicer! The cars and the dealership are so beautiful! While you are waiting for your car, the waiting areas are very inviting with nice snacks and drinks. “Just purchased a CPO Q5 from Audi Peabody. It was a pleasurable process from start to finish. We drove 2 hours to look at a different model that we decided against. Our salesperson Ken C. couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating showing us a couple of other vehicles of interest. Finally decided on the Q5 and it was a simple process to finalize the sale. We could not take the vehicle home that day due to it, not going through CPO’s rigorous inspection and reconditioning yet. When it was ready a few days later, Ken met us halfway to shorten the drive for us and we were on our way in our new preowned Q5. Love the car, love the service. We would highly recommend Audi Peabody and Ken if you’re looking to purchase either brand new or preowned.”
“It is truly a center of excellence as their name suggests. The service manager Adam and mechanics always take good care of my vehicle, with great communication and understanding. Loaners are new and available. One time I forgot my wallet from the loaner and they went out of their way to retrieve it from another client using the loaner.
Definitely come to this service center if you are in the Boston area or northshore. It is worth the drive, and it's a nice experience waiting their with a dedicated M Cafe.”
