I walked into Boyds shop and talked with the owner of Boyd's and a guy name Phil about what I wanted to do on our vehicles. Phil is the guy that works on cars/trucks accessories. Both of them were top notch and knowledgeable people and very helpful. We are very happy on the top notch work that they do in that place. I would highly recommend people going there for your work on motorcycles and auto accessories. I will definitely be back for more work to be done by them.”

“I'd never been there before but my niece said they were better than Auto Zone was , and she's in Maine.I had a challenging fuse to identify and two men were helping me. One went to look at fuse panel in my car while other one on computer researching. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They encouraged me to return or call if I needed to.The store was nicer than competitor's. It had a pleasant smell and had a calm feel to it , even though there were constant customers.The parking was ample, and easy to access since the store located at junction of Lowell Street and route one in Peabody. You can enter from either.I live in Danvers, but it was worth the extra few minutes drive. I'll use them from now on.”
“I have a 2023 full size Range Rover and someone backed into me causing a softball sized dent right below the driver side rear break light. The body panels on this vehicle are aluminum and very difficult to reaper, much more so than steel. Most body shops do not have the talent to work on aluminum. I received several quotes from shops that do and they were "off the wall insane", over $5,000 for one little dent. These shops were recommended by the Range Rover dealer. I had Brian, the owner of Inline Autobody look at the dent and he said "no problem". They work on aluminum. The repair was perfect, paint match was perfect and for a fraction of the price I was quoted from the other shops. These guys are pros!And, I suspect any negative reviews, there is more to their story than they are telling you. Inline Autobody is professional, job was perfect and ready when they said it would be. “It is truly a center of excellence as their name suggests. The service manager Adam and mechanics always take good care of my vehicle, with great communication and understanding. Loaners are new and available. One time I forgot my wallet from the loaner and they went out of their way to retrieve it from another client using the loaner.
Definitely come to this service center if you are in the Boston area or northshore. It is worth the drive, and it's a nice experience waiting their with a dedicated M Cafe.”
