Our family has used Auto Body Clinic many times. They have always been professional, with frequent communications on progress and completion the job in a timely manner. I would not bring my business anywhere else.

Didn't appreciate the attitude of the secretary at the Reading office questioning if the insurance would cover the accident after we already verified that they would. It was obvious, as the we have full coverage and all off the damage was in the rear of the vehicle. We are very happy with the actual work that was performed on the vehicle as it looks great, and is driving well.

I’ve needed work done on my car three times now, and each time I’ve gone with Auto Body Clinic. They are accredited with insurance and their work is covered under warranty. They make the process totally seamless. I love that I can drop my car conveniently in Peabody and they take it to one of their multiple repair shops, whichever has the earliest availability. They had me stop by the repair shop ahead of time to look at my car quickly and make sure they had everything they needed for the repair and if they didn’t have it it was ordered and ready on the day I dropped the car. My car was finished earlier than expected, and looking brand new. They set up a rental for me with my insurance, and Hertz is literally attached to the building. I really appreciated the convenience of it all. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

7 weeks ago I was hit by someone who crossed over the double yellow line and smashed into my front end and drivers side door, then into the car behind me. In a matter of seconds, several thousand dollars worth of damage was done to my car, and I had to figure out who I wanted to do the repairs. My insurance company suggested a few names, and I selected Auto Body Clinic after doing some research. I am SO glad that I did. I am very grateful to everyone in the Peabody and Reading locations who helped me deal with getting my car repaired. Lisa in Peabody and Breanne in Reading were very helpful and patient, and kept me informed on what was happening . I was free to call any time I had a question, and I never felt uncomfortable doing so.I am especially grateful to the technicians who worked on my car. I know they had to deal with supply chain issues due to the pandemic, and that they did their very best.
