My salesperson was Harley.
He called me and left voicemail saying he's back at Audi Peabody.
I'd never buy a car thru him or Audi Peabody again
We made a deal on a used one owner Q5 3.2, he promised to have the dings and a bubbled paint spot repaired.
Day I picked up my car none of that had been
He gave me some lame excuse how the body shop person said it couldn't be fixed without painting my whole door.
Never called to tell me prior to pick up
I had already sold my car & got a ride to pick up my new car.
They offered me $250. credit
Now the bubbled spot on my car has turned into a full fledged rust spot and spreading.
Expensive to repair.
No tx Harley
Wouldn't buy thru you again
I'll go elsewhere this time around
Ed Stockel was great, he ended up repairing the dings but, never repaired most important spot

I tried to give zero starts but it won’t allow.
Worst service center ever. Multiple
Times I got my car back with new issues that did not exists prior to bringing to Audi Peabody. Picked up my car yesterday and upon leaving dealership already had new service errors popping up. Called back 4 times in last 2 days and haven’t got a call back. In the last 3 months I brought 2 different cars in that had relatively new tires and somehow within 24 hours of getting back both had multiple flat tires that needed replacement. Will be trying Audi Burlington from now on.

Just purchased a CPO Q5 from Audi Peabody. It was a pleasurable process from start to finish. We drove 2 hours to look at a different model that we decided against. Our salesperson Ken C. couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating showing us a couple of other vehicles of interest. Finally decided on the Q5 and it was a simple process to finalize the sale. We could not take the vehicle home that day due to it, not going through CPO’s rigorous inspection and reconditioning yet. When it was ready a few days later, Ken met us halfway to shorten the drive for us and we were on our way in our new preowned Q5. Love the car, love the service. We would highly recommend Audi Peabody and Ken if you’re looking to purchase either brand new or preowned.

Good customer service experience at the desk but difficult to connect via phone. I think they outsource or centralize this
I have maybe a battery issue and after. New $700 battery replacement I found the car dead again in my driveway. Couldn’t get a loaner car. Back at the dealer again
