I went to Peabody ATT store to upgrade to a new iPhone. The representative added Insurance without asking me (I caught this on my first bill and canceled). The store representative also said that I qualify for FREE Apple AirPods, all I needed to do with pay the Sales Tax. I did not really need them, but hey, since they were free, I said sure! SURPRISE, on the next bill I saw that I was paying 12 monthly installments for the full price of the AirPods!I do NOT recommend going to this store, and if you have to, definitely ask for an itemized receipt for everything that they do.

TOTAL SCAM! They changed our plan,added insurance and next charges to our account without even asking us and told us we got free airpods only toget charged on our bill for them. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

Joshua was amazing today! He did everything possible to help me with an issue that has to be resolved at the Toyota dealership regarding pairing with my phone. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I have been with AT&T for many many years. I have been loyal and never used another cellular carrier. I appreciate the great customer service I received! Thank you again to Joshua!?

Worst customer service ever, liars, a woman came in and the guy said they had the iPhone 15 in and she waited while he was helping me and then the manager said that they don’t have it in stock and the guy said oh yeah that’s what I told her. I was told to call customer service and I would have the activation fee waived because I switched over from Xfinity that was a lie, I was also told that if I had AARP that my monthly charge would be 48.00 a month, another lie! It’s 90.00 a month, I wish I could cancel, do not go here!

Switched my 2 phone lines over - sales rep said first line is $75 per month and second line would be $45 and then $10 off with auto pay well first bill comes and not even close.. both lines are $85 per line and no discount for the second line. I called Customer service and they said they don't have a plan like this... definitely got swindled into switching companies. SALES REP Completely Lied to my face!

I have had an issue with my phone and ATT told me to go straight to the store manager. A man answered the phone and was so rude!!!! He wouldn’t answer whether or not the manager was there, told me to call ATT and hung up on me. I called back and tried again. He hung up on me!

My fiancé and I went into exchange his phone because it broke. We were considering switching to T-mobile, the guy that was at the AT&T on route 114 was unprofessional which made us go over to the AT&T in the north shore mall. Randy and Alex were professional and wanting us to get the deal as possible! I will be coming back as a customer and will recommend this AT&T in the mall to my friends and family! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE ON 114, 9/10 I've had bad experiences with that one. See Randy and or Alex to great customer service!

Would give zero for crooks. On July 17,2022, I took my elderly, frail and immobile mother into this AT&T store in her wheelchair. The purpose of this trip was to upgrade her iPhone 8 to an iPhone 12. When we entered the store, we explained that she wanted to get an iPhone 12 and add it to her existing line. The rep showed us a monthly payment of 73/month. We informed him to proceed. The monthly cost was for the most basic coverage and her installment plan of the phone. We did not want or need insurance. Simple enough you would think, but NOOOOO. Fast forward almost exactly a year. While I was visiting my mother at her assisted living facility, she asked me to check her phone bill because she is paying over 230/month and it is affecting other bills, late payments, insufficient fees, etc. She is on a limited and fixed income and she has a set amount put into her account for paying bills such as this. It was budgeted for 80/month for her phone. Needless to say, instead of just upgrading her phone and the simple data plan, the guys at the store took advantage of this elderly woman. The iPhone 12 was given a new number and for some other reason, they added a third line. Needless to say, this was NOT done on our part and AT&T acknowledges this. In essence, she was paying for 3 lines and 3 different data plans, one of them the Unlimited Premium. 3 activation fees and three insurances, when there should have only been 1 phone. All attempts to contact AT&T have been useless. they said that she should have noticed this within the first 6 months and they can't do anything about helping her. I agree it should have been caught sooner, but we thought everything was all set so she just never looked and everything was on auto pay and deposit on her account. She was being charged in excess of 160/month extra for 12 months. This is a classic case of elder abuse and they refuse to budge. I can't even imagine a big conglomerate refusing to FIX what was initially their mistake!!!!

I had to call twice, first time a lady answered and hung up on me and the second time the guy basically stated to call back because he was busy… so why did you answer? Seems like no one wants to work there. SMH please do better with customer service.

This store is very sketchy and not safe to go to. My wife and I opened a line for our daughter, and a few months after a new line was opened at this store in on our plan. we called the store and I stopped by but nothing was done. A manager was supposed to get back to us but never did.

I would give zero starts if I could. The store was dirty, there are customers' phone numbers over one of the tables, really loud music and the worst is the customer service. The representative didn't have a name tag, was extremely rude and unhelpful, and he lied telling me that I couldn't get an esim replacement if I dont buy a new number, which I had to do with customer service's help. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.Just for the record of the owner, this happened on may 9, 14:30pm.

I was very stressed out about my new apple phone. I bought it at Walmart in Danvers, Mass. They were horrific. They have a sign saying free set up for the phone I just purchased there. I returned to the store several times. I know this a long story the manager of the electronic department told me they do not set up the phones. What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You sell Apple i-phones but you can't help me???????????? Then I got this great idea, go to AT&T store. I LOVE JOHNATHAN!!! He was wonderful. He was so pleasant and helpful he made my WEEK! I rate that store with 10 stars! Denise from Danvers The store is in Peabody Ma at 240 Andover ST.Great Store will return!!!
