this location made getting a new phone and the process of transferring all of my contacts, apps, settings and info etc. over from my old phone seamless. they had what i wanted, in store and in the exact color and size selection. didn’t have to wait for anything to be ordered or shipped, and i got a deal with trading in my old iphone 11- which was slow and cracked. Alex took care of me from the minute i walked in the store and really helped me out to get on the best, most current plan option for me, and explained everything in a way that i understood. 110% recommend. customer service here is A1

I had the pleasure of interacting with Alex at AT&T whose dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. This individual's exceptional service stood out in a world where customer service often falls short.He listened attentively to my issues, asked probing questions to fully understand my needs, and then went above and beyond to find a solution. Even when faced with complex technical problems and various setbacks, he never gave up on trying to please the customer.His knowledge of AT&T's services and systems was impressive, and He explained everything in a clear and concise manner. I never felt rushed or unheard during our interactions, which made the experience all the more satisfying.He provided me with multiple options and patiently guided me through each one, allowing me to make an informed decision.Alex has set a new standard for what customer service should be, and I can only hope that more companies recognize and cultivate talents like his.

During my visit to the branch to inquire about the promotional offers provided on AT&T website, I encountered unprofessional and unethical behavior.The branch manager spoke in a rude and derogatory manner, issuing statements that contained elements of racial discrimination. Also stated that prepaid plans were meant only for beggars and that I did not belong to the level of customers the company wishes to serve.Instead of providing a good customer service professionally, the store manager recommended me to join T-MOBILE stating that AT&T prepaid deals is a scam and customer can't refund their money.This incident has transgressed the bounds of respect and ethical standards. I am of the opinion that taking prompt corrective actions to rectify the behavior of the branch manager and other staff members, while enhancing customer service in accordance with the principles of fairness and respect, would be in the best interest of the company.

I had best treatment anywhere Randy took his time with me went over everything with my new phone ilso came back a second time and again Randy wonderful he never made me feel rushed took time to complete everything. The service at this location is horrific!!! A zero would be too high a rating. I went to the store to turn in my deceased son's phone the young man working there claimed he didn't know how to do it, and I would have to come back another day. He claimed he tried to reach his manager, but the manager didn't answer him and the manager had gone home for the day (it was 4:30). No one was capable of taking the phone but the two are left alone and have to close the store? Someone should have been capable wouldn't you think? I told him I couldn't come back the following day, so I called the corporate office to find out if there was someway that they could walk him through the process. He returned because he walked into the back room and said he was going to call mall security if I did not leave the store. I asked his name and he told me it was none of my business ... very mature. The service rep from their home office heard the whole thing as was appalled... she apologized several times. Both of the employees in that store tonight should be fired. I had to got to 2 other locations and I finally found a manager that could return a phone. Three hours to return a phone... I should have just thrown it in the trash. And by the way AT&T you are not the only game in town ....that's why I have Verizon.

the salesperson lied to us. i have been an att customer for many years. he said that if we purchased a smart watch the second was free. which was a total lie, not only was it not free but with financing the watch for 36 months this is going to cost a total of $900. so much for free !!!!! total misleading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i would never so into another att store.

When I was at Lahey Medical Center in Peabody, one hour from our home, my husband Peter, popped into AT&T to learn about switching carriers. There he met an AT&T employee named Nicholas. Peter was impressed with Nick's depth of knowledge and ability to teach. So, we made an appointment for the next week. We drove one hour solely to work with Nicholas. Nick helped us to successfully switch all our devices from Verizon to AT&T. Nick is an intelligent, knowledgeable and respectful customer-centered new employee. We felt like switching was a big deal and he put our minds at ease. All that he said proved to be true. We do have better coverage now with AT&T. I will tell all my neighbors this good news.

Manny at the store was incredible. He helped me and my wife get new phones, a galaxy s23 ultra 256gb (the only size in stock sadly, I was hoping for 512 but not his fault) and an iPhone 14 pro max 512gb. The whole process was flawless and expedient, which was a welcome change from the franchise store we usually visit, and this visit was a huge factor in deciding if we stayed with att or switched to mint. Definitely a 5* experience at this store!

Went to the Peabody, MA store on Andover Street to get help in setting up my upgraded iPhone. I was fortunate to be served by Jonathan. It was his first day on the job and I was his first customer of the day. He was knowledgeable and just as important, patient while helping me to complete the process. Ask for Jonathan if you visit this store for help. He'll take good care of you. I wish him all the best!

The store manager was so stingy. I recently switched from T-Mobile to AT&T and went in yesterday to have my number ported in and he was not willing to help me out at all. This is after I had spoken to customer care and being advised the process could be done at a corporate store without any issues at all. Not sure if it was because I had set up my account at a different store or what it was but the service provided was pathetic. He tried to have me cancel my line and open a new one with them. As someone who has worked for your competitor I have to say you guys have a long way to go.
