Didn't actually have this company tow my car but had a incident with a driver of the company. This man Started yelling at me and caused me to have a car accident because he was being a punk. wouldn't back his truck up to let me pull into a cvs parking lot. he made me back up and then a car from the main road hit my car. as i back up he gets out of the car yelling at me. i felt threatened and concerned for my safety. then i go and call the company and the owner was dismissive and rude. terrible. don't waste your money on this company!

One of your drivers were driving around drunk/high. Nearly caused an accident trying to cut people off while merging....not even paying attention to the person walking on the side of the road that they almost hit also. Liscence plate x25917

Responded promptly to incident, and agreed to meet me at convenient time. Did what they are paid to do. Thanks.

Waited over Five hours for a tow. Called me once and did not return my phone calls. No update nothing. Very unprofessional could have passed it to another company that could complete the job in a timely fashion. Better to call a tow company that can promptly tow you and get reimbursed by AAA than call this company.

Good towing company and works fast. This company was on the scene super fast and they took very good care of my car.

Reckless drivers. Just witnessed their flatbed doing at least 40mph in a 25mph area, on a narrow, windy road, where children/people are often walking/riding bikes. This happens all the time on this road as either the owner, or an employee lives on the corner. Honestly, sick of it. Will be notifying police if I see it again.

I arrived on the scene of my sons rollover accident. I asked Dave Arrington to tow to a specific shop. He said he wasn't doing that. I asked the lot location & he said "over there" with a wave of his hand. The next day I went to Webster Street, where they advertise their business. 45 minutes going up & down the rows asking everyone they were and no one knows. I go to Peabody PolIce who tell me another location. Not there. 4 Star was & drew a map behind Golden Banana No office, gate is wiiwide open though. 2 people there said no answer on card they were provided & tried again for us on speaker. No answer.Car is unlocked with keys inside. We unload. Arrington shows up. Not sure who he was but reading reviews, I'm going to guess Rick (Dave Arrington's son?) He blocks us from walking to my car saying "you cannot take anything out of there". I provided proof of ownership and asked for a release. He goes on about its totaled & it's d*** for me to move it. I'm losing money, I'll be out of pocket... I let him know I know what I am doing and understand everything. All through this I am just asking him for the release. He says it's ridiculous & I was wasting his time. After listening to him for condescending to me like a d*** girl. I say to him I spent hours tracking this place down, the gate is wide open and I was here quite awhile before he showed up so I would move it anyway since my property was not being protected. He replied with "we keep the Webster address so people like you don't just show up and that way they can't find us".I asked for the release AGAIN . Finally I said "just sign the f$@)ing release!" Yes it was wrong to swear at him but believe me this guy is no snowflake and has heard that I'm guessing quite a few times. He sticks his finger in my face & says "no one talks to me like that and you can get off my property". I replied with "you better get that finger out of my face now and I'm not leaving until I get my release". Called the police. The police say he has to release my property. When I tell him the whole story he says I escalated the situation & it was my fault for swearing. He hangs up, calls me back & tells says "if I can be civil" Arrington will sign the release. I do one better and send my friend who is with me over. Now Dave Arrington pulls up and says he doesn't know what the problem is but he didn't have to let me take any property out oof the car when I was on the scene and he was a nice guy to let me. Seriously I'm not even going to go there... then proceeds to try and talk me into keeping the car there. These guys musT be really hard up for cash. They already shared a lot with Phyl's Towing. Now they share a lot with Gaeta. Anyway he says my "brother in law or whoever is just trying to scam money out of me and taking money out of my pocket and trying to take advantage of me whereas they were trying to look out for my best interest. Ironically my brother happens too call at that time. Clearly Dave Arrington knows him so I put him on speaker phone and his whole tone changes. He says he was telling me that this is not normal procedure and this is not standard in the industry. My brother explains that this is different as I i am his sister and the car would be picked up Monday morning. I don't know how my brother kept his composure and was so professional but kudos to him. These people are the rudest, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Peabody Police and any other place that contracts with them should really rethink using them. I am thoroughly disgusted with this experience and would recommend calling ANYONE else even if they offered to tow you for free. If I could give a negative star rating I would. One star is way to generous. Google them. See there address because it's a blatant lie so you have to track them down and they can make as much storing money as possible.

AAA sent a driver from Arrington Enterprises out to test and replace my battery this afternoon at 3:30pm. Cody came and tested my battery. He said it would be fine and to drive around for an hour to recharge the battery... I was at work, but took the time off to do as I was instructed. When I got out of work at 7:45pm my car didn't start. It barely clicked when trying to turn over. I immediately called AAA. They can't get anyone to come out to replace my battery. They called Arrington Enterprises while I was on hold and asked them to come back. Arrington said that the battery technician went home for the day and that they couldn't send anyone else out. They are open and less than 3 miles away and can't send someone out with a battery to fix their mistake from earlier?! I am now stuck here in my work parking lot on a Friday evening waiting for AAA to come jump my car. I hope I can find a battery elsewhere tonight. Thanks for nothing Arrington Enterprises!

Called AAA and Arrington arrived a lot sooner than the time frame that was given to me. Jacob, the driver checked everything over and determined that it wasn't possible to fix it where it was, so he towed it to my home for me. He was polite, personable and just an all around nice guy. More than satisfied with the service. Thank you!
