Ive been buying cars from mark and the team here at acura since 2019, and i honestly wouldnt go anywhere else the type of service you get from these people is beyond words i can even explain.
100/10 i recommend everyone whos looking to purchase a car to come here.

The minute you walk in the door you are treated with great respect. The hostess was polite the salesman was the best person that I've dealt with in any dealership and the finance woman was the best. I'd recommend if you're looking for a vehicle go to Acura of Peabody! I will be going there for any new vehicles I need.

Vanessa from finance and Wadii my sales rep was great. No rush , gave me such a pleasant experience I was suppose to drive around and check the other car lots as I was buying for my father but it was no use they had us in driver seat doors closed

The best way I can describe my experience was disheartening. Janet was lovely over the phone. Once I came in everything was going great with my Sales Advisor who I will not name, as I slowly began to feel deterred from purchasing from here. I wanted to test drive an A-Spec, learn about the features, what’s new, how to use it, get some numbers and test drive. Instead I am left to look at the car on my own, test drive on my own, and not get any idea of what anything is, what’s special, anything at all. I had I get some hand written numbers on the back of a random piece of paper that I ended up having to take a picture of. And test drive the wrong car, a front wheel drive Tech AT THAT. Isn’t this a luxury/premium dealership? I could have asked questions but it didn’t feel very welcoming to be honest. Then when I asked for different pricing for a more expensive term for a lease, I got the impression that they didn’t think I could afford the car or the payment. Little do they know. I didn’t get a follow-up either. Bummer is My family has bought many cars from here in the past. Maybe it was because I am a recent college grad or said I was looking to purchase in a couple weeks, or simply thought I couldn’t afford the car. I’m not sure. Acura of Boston has been much better and I’ve taken my business there instead loving the TLX ??

Amazing!! I cannot say enough about how taken back I am at this facility. The amount of professionalism surpassed my expectations, their knowledge on the products exceeded my husband’s expectations and he has worked as an Acura specialist for over 15 years. They have a passion for what they do and it shows. You feel as though you are being matched to the car that right for you, your family or your current situation. You do not feel as though you’re talking to a “sales person” AT ALL. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I felt confident leaving that I made the right decision for my family and that I was professionally matched to the perfect car at the perfect manageable price for me. It was all thanks to Mark R. And Acura of Peabody you guys are amazing!!!!

I took my 2020 MDX for a recall and everything was fine, very good service. I recommend Acura of Peabody 100%. I'm crazy about Acuras, I hope one day I can have one of the year. They gave me a 2024 RDX for 2 weeks and everything was covered by them. I didn't pay anything... so Acura of Peabody 100% thanks for everything... Marcelo is a very professional person, thank you...
