“I needed my oil pan and rear brake cylinders replaced and came to Paxton Auto for a second opinion. As a young woman, I'm always skeptical of auto repair shops because I've been burned in the past. I'm so glad I brought it to Paxton Auto. I was quoted and paid less than half of what I was quoted at the first repair shop, which is closer to the city where I work. Paul was so nice, and when I went to pick up my car and asked him how I could schedule my annual inspection, he said he could do it on the spot, even though it was past closing time and snowing. “It's very expensive but they do good jobs, everyone charges for their own and don't give jobs to people who bring the parts, the repairs are done, he's in charge of buying them and doing the work, I do the same in my tayer in Puerto Rico and it's just the same 6 month warranty on the parts, not the work, it is not absolute. The warranty repaired or supposedly changed a Chevrolet Traverse engine, but I noticed that the blockage or the aluminum engine covers were the same because it did not have a 3/4 thread. 16 and I made a larger 1/4 thread, it was the same motor and even the same screw from an Alend key bed.”
“I was traveling with my sister from NY to Maine and debris from the road disabled the car. Andrew recognized we were traveling. He got the car in in 10 minutes , put it up on the rack and checked out the damage. Within an Hour and a half he had repaired the exhaust and was very reasonable in his cost.
