“I usually have bad experiences with the Post Office, but the one in Holden is pretty good. It's usually not too busy and the customer service is for the most part very good. If you're in the area and have to send something by USPS, this Holden location is a good one to go to.”

“I needed to mail something certified and I was clueless so I asked the woman who was working behind the desk for some help and she was so patient with me, she explained how the process worked with every relevant detail and guided me to fill out the appropriate materials to mail out a letter certified....She made me feel comfortable because I was confused at first and didn't rush me at all through the process. She even helped out the nice gentleman who came in while I was filling all the forms out so it showed that she is great at multitasking while making the other customer and I have a pleasant experience.....and even some laughter”
“They are always really friendly and helpful! Mail delivery is dependable and pretty consistent in timing. Packages are always left at the house. The only time they may bring it back to the post office is if there is a pending snow storm or if they are really backed up with Christmas deliveries. Fortunately, Princeton is small and there is never much of a line at the post office. If you need to make your way over there then it's also a good excuse to go to the Thirsty Lab. :-D”

“We went there last weekend to get our passports and Chris was amazing! I was confused by the paperwork and Chris was so patient and helped us get it all straightened out. I had my 2 and 5 year old who weren’t easy but Chris was kind and patient trying to get their pictures. Chris also was able to help other customers while he helped us too, star employee ! Thank you Chris !”
“This post office provided probably the best experience I've had with USPS. The woman who helped me was unbelievably kind and personable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. “I have had a great experience at this post office.The workers were friendly and assisted me. I was there to send a parcel. One of the workers patiently explained to me the different charges for the possible delivery dates which helped me to choose the best package.I was also here for my baby’s passport appointment. The customer service was great. Within a very short time we were done. This is the best place to book for your passport appointment.This post office is very spacious and clean. I love being here.”
“A package of ours accidentally got sent to this post office since we used to live in Spencer, it got dropped off at our old house and the lady who lives there now she dropped the package off at Worcester post office? So now the worker called us back today and he’s personally going to keep an eye out for our package and call us when we can pick it up! Very good customer service!”
