I might have left my wallet here but the phone doesn’t get answered with no voice message system. The service was great, no complains. Very friendly and attentive staff. I was there on Monday January 15 at 7:15am. I will have to go back in person to see if it’s there. I guess the only suggestion is to fix the phone or put it somewhere people can answer it

Came at 545 and was told no food available because oven is shut down to be cleaned for rest of the night... no food available at 545? Seems like bad business to me

If i could give 0 stars i would. i come to this location every morning and after 2 years nothing has changed. somehow they seem to get worse with every visit. i order the same coffee everytime so it baffles me how it taste different every single time. same thing with the food except it is almost never right. a buttered bagel should not taste like a dry hockey puck. the food is either cold or burnt to a crisp. their wicked rude and don’t know how to communicate with customers. i began visiting the leicester location and the difference in attitude is astronomical. these are people who actually care about their customers. i don’t know if the paxton location just hired a bunch of miserable people but something needs to be fixed. i can say there is one kind young guy who actually cares about getting orders right and quality of food but besides that everything sucks. they forget food all the time, 4 days in a row i was missing the same thing out of my order. this place is a disaster and a disappointment. figure it out or find a new career.

This dunks took my basic coffee and water order then proceeded to watch me stand there while customers flooded in and out of the drive in and walk in.. I could've said "hey uhh what's going on" but I turned and walked out, accepting the $5 + tip that I lost.. hopefully the staff reads this and can just be a little more "customer aware"

It's a small, tightly run place. Squeaky clean, the usual Dunkin menu. We stop here every time on the way to Oakham (biweekly).

Yea it’s the best but it was a very big piece and a very good one and it is a good one and I love it so much I love it so it’s so much easier to get it so I can see it in the back of my mind I love it so much easier than I love it

October 20th, 2022 at about 9:10 a.m. I went into the dining room at this establishment, it was my 1st time here & my experience was awful.The woman at the counter asked me what I wanted & I asked her to please wait a minute, my friend did not know what she wanted thendecided she disappeared want anything & she went back outside.As I'm putting my order in, I just wanted to double confirm that they weren't going to put cream into my tea because it's happened before & I cannot have cream. She snapped at me me & said ma'am if you want almond milk you'regoing to get almond milk.She wass very impatient & very snappy from the beginning, I couldn't even get my order in.Like I said I wanted to be sure it was correct Because even though a slip says what it says sometimes the item is wrong and I don't have time to have to taste it get sick to my stomach & have to come back.If I could give 0 stars I would but you're not allowed to of you want to leave a review!!

Witnessed three girls working in conjunction with each other. Two took the rush while the third helped a rather elderly woman get her order which she was confused about. This sort of kindness and sincerity was wonderful to see. Shift was at 4:20 on Thursday.
