I ran into major issues with my trailer hitch and needed a new one installed right away. I spoke with Don and even though it was a busy time of year for then, he had a new hitch ordered and installed within a couple of days. On my install day, I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend Don and his team. Superior service!

Just days out from an 1,800 mile round trip to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, I found my 19' travel trailer needed new tires ASAP! While traveling from out of state we noticed our tow hitch seemed to have alot of play where it connected to the receiver on our RV. We stopped at Trailers of New England and without an appointment Pat evaluated it and said it was just normal loosening. We asked if our tank could be filled with propane Pat then topped off the tank. We paid in the office with Kristen. There was no charge for the hitch evaluation. Inadvertently I left my credit card in the office. Kristen called the credit card company and asked them to notify us and she would keep the card secure. So thankful to Pat and Kristen for good, fair and HONEST service. We'll definitely return here for future services
