I brought my car in for a loud rattle. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. Andrew located the problem and called to let me know what the issue was and how much it would cost before performing the work. He then picked me up at my home because I could not arrange a ride to get the car. I have sent family to Trackside because they are friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy.Service: Exhaust

Andrew has worked on various parts of the engine/truck part of my class C motor home for about a year. He has always been great with communication, pricing and service. He explains each job with knowledge and with zero condescension in speaking to a woman. Yesterday we were headed out for a 9-day camping trip when our temp gage went nuts. I called, he said come right over, and proceeded to give us his full attention to diagnose & fix the problem. He is an honest mechanic! Give him some business, he won't disappoint!
