I had been here twice and the younger barbers are not well experienced in hair styling. The place is kept clean and people who work are very friendly. Hope they bring some well experienced barbers.

Great salon with excellent results every time I've gone. Everyone is very friendly. Just a side note to anyone going the first time. You can pay by card, but if you'd like to leave extra for your stylist, it has to be in cash.

I'm very particular about my hair and let me tell you Tangles in Palmer is the best place to go. Everyone was nice the place was clean and friendly. Tara was great she listened to me and my hair came out great!! I will definitely be going here from now on!!

Won’t go anywhere else. Jenna and Gillian take such good care of me! Every time I leave there I’m overly excited at how great my hair comes out. The color, the extensions, the cuts, always A+. Love this salon, love the girls. If you need a solid new salon, this is the one.

I had been here once or twice before in the past for a simple cut and found it to be decent. My last experience (~9weeks ago) was terrible. Not only was my haircut painful as the stylist continuously pulled my hair while cutting, but the end result just looked horrible. I scheduled another cut with a DIFFERENT stylist who is frequently mentioned quite favorably in reviews. Fast forward to my scheduled appt today, I check in and I'm told I am scheduled with the prior stylist. I re-read my confirmation to make sure it was not MY mistake. It was not. I'm told the stylist I scheduled with is out sick today. Instead of calling me to see if I'd like to reschedule, they just moved my appt to different stylist. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my recent/current experiences here and will be going elsewhere from now on.

I came to get my haircut here as opposed to my typical barber since it’s cheaper and I know some people who work here. The second I walked through those doors the girls were arguing over who’s going to cut my hair. While they were arguing, the owner was sitting on her phone watching really loud “meme videos” that could be heard from across the salon. Once they finished arguing over who is going to cut my hair, I was rushed and it wasn’t cut evenly. I took scissors to it when I got home to try fixing it. I believe it was Tara who cut my hair, Jenna being who I was booked with initially. Why give the option to request if the employees won’t do their job and take the client who booked with them? I’ll give two stars because the receptionist kept offering me coffee and water. I believe her name is Bryanna. That’s the only thing going for that salon, the decent customer service.

I spent a year attempting to grow my hair out from a really high and right undercut and I had previously no issue with this place and the regular stylist I was going to. I had expressed to Michelle (a new stylist I went to) I was flip flopping between trimming my hair and cutting it very short. I expressed I “still liked the flow” I had on the sides, Michelle was not only very dismissive of me but was also speaking to other clients whom I could assume were her regulars ignoring me. Michelle told me her game plan was to cut a little off and keep it longer on the top and shorter on the sides. She had cut my hair until it was only half an inch long on the sides and an inch long up top. I have horrible anxiety with confrontation so I put on a fake smile and then cried in my car once I left. I will probably not be returning to tangles since I have had only success with one out of their many staff when it came to masculine haircuts.
