I stopped there this morning on my way to work. I went to Dunkins first, grabbed a coffee and doughnuts. Grabbed a few more drinks and snacks for work. I have ten mins before I have to be at work. I went to the counter and put everything down. There was a dark haired women behind the counter. Nobody in line behind me. Shes not busy. She points towards the door and says I can use the self checkout. I didn't even know there was one there. Than she snottily says fine I'll check you out if your going to give me a attitude. I didnt say two words to her. I can easily go to another store if its to hard for the workers to be kind and cash me out. Very annoying start to the day.

The old man who works nights (Joel) will be sure to treat you like garbage. Highly suggest the Pride or Cumberland farms right up the road. They actually treat their customers with respect!

I went there one time to buy some snacks and could not believe how rude the gentleman behind the counter was (Joel). I have been there multiple times and he never smiles, is always rude, and very dismissive to customers. In my profession, if I ever spoke that way to a customer I would have been fired! How can they allow their staff to be so disrespectful to customers like that? Needless to say…….I’ll be taking my business elsewhere now

New person not trained fully. Long wait, and over priced. Buy 2 reduces get one free is the only reason I bought more than 1. Oh, well you need some ALLTOWN rewards to get the deal. I guess that is my bad. I'll have to wait another 10 minutes for the cashier to figure out how to perform a refund. Forget it.

Very fast and make my coffee correct every time! The sugar is always melted without being asked and the swirls are actually mixed into the coffee verses sitting at the bottom. I will also add that most workers will repeat back my order before making it to make 100% sure its right.

Contrary to the others, always come here before hopping on the pike. Always make my orders right! There's really only one downfall, which is that being located inside of a gas station, there's pretty slim pickin' on food choices and they don't always have everything that say a full sized Dunkin would have. But, born and raised Masshole, still better than Starbucks and I'll keep coming back!
