This management is by far the worst I have ever seen. They allow resident to bully another resident and won't do anything about it. Noreen is an unprofessional employee they have there who doesn't care and allow hate crime to happen.

Management at Palmer Green are by far the worst people allowing it residents to harass other neighbors and don't do anything about it. Management are useless people to deal with and have no respect for it residents.
