I was driving through the area on a trip and my power steering pump went out and my serpentine belt shredded. I pulled into Les's hoping for some help since I was stranded. They got me in very quickly and fixed my vehicle up fast. They got me back on the road and my vehicle easily made it all the way to my destination. Their prices were reasonable as well. Thank you Les's Auto Center!

I will NEVER bring a car here again. I brought my Subaru in three seperate times for ONE single problem: It's making a rattling sound. I bring it in, they fix it, it stops making the sound for about a week and starts again. I finally brought my car to Harvey's Auto in Monson and they found exactly what the problem was, and they fixed it for A THIRD of what Les's charged. They are scammers, avoid this place unless you're just looking to make a charity donation, because you'll be paying them for nothing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I don't personally know Les, but he started out in Three Rivers and built his business up to where he needed larger bays and moved to Palmer. He is trustworthy and honest and will get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner the way he schedules . If something is out of his expertise, he will tell you. I highly recommend your vehicle repair needs to this place.

I went in for my driver window not working, $370 later I get my vehicle. Window wouldn't go down all the way still and then it fell off the track again... I called he told me it was my fault but he would be happy to look at it . Fixed it correctly this time . Then upon further examination of the door I had seen one of the armrest panels was broken . I went back to tell him and again blamed it on me. I requested he just replace the panel he refused but then gave me cash and said he won't work on my vehicle again. I agreed but nonetheless will not recommend les auto to anyone I know ! Go to apple auto instead.Service: General repairs & maintenance
