  Aside from the wrong Vin number being submitted to the mass rmv Ricardo was great, unfortunately now I'm paying for a device I can't use. If someone could clear this matter up with MA rmv that would be great.

  So far very friendly. Alot of people dealing with car repairs and interlock device's get treated like they are sub human from most repair facilities especially dealerships. So far these guys great.
