“Countless times I have just brought in whatever I broke, screws, hoses, doorknobs, etc. and they help me get the exact replacement. If they dont have it they can tell you where to find it or sometimes order it for you. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We are so lucky to have this little hardware store in town. So much more convenient then having to drive 30 minutes away to wander around bigger home improvement stores.”

“Have never had any issues at this particular store. Store is nicely arranged and there is always someone who asks if you need any assistance. I have had to return some items on occasion and it was always easy to do. There are usually no long lines at checkout either, shoppers should keep their eyes opened for clearance and discontinued items. I have gotten some really deep discounts and saved lots money this way.”

“Always helpful, awesome shop with good (fair in 2024 all considering) prices. A game changer, what used to be called “good common business sense, is they don’t look down upon you if you’re not a plumber, like some other local shops are notorious for. Too bad it’s not common anymore. I determine where I spend my hard-earned $, and when my contractor had me buy fittings to save time, I went here, will go back to support local businesses, and highly recommend!”
