I tried to rent a car to go shopping for a replacement for mine, which had expired. The person I spoke to was polite and pleasant, which is why they get two stars. He asked if I was paying through insurance (no). Then he said he had no cars on his lot and couldn't give me one for four days. I had checked their website, which said they did have cars available. Maybe they were all reserved for insurance rentals; I don't know. Very disappointing.

I think they're names were Nick, Derrick, and Scott. Awesome and friendly and helped me throughout this hard time. Basically almost died I a accident and my insurance got me a retail through them. The process was nice and easy despite I had money owed from a prior visit years ago. Not only did Nick help me he didn't make me feel bad for past mistakes as a kid and respected me as a man ? got me into a awesome retail and help me resolve the prior debit. When I returned the car Derrick was super welcoming and accommodating to my time. He explained the process to receive my deposit back so I was completely comfortable with the process. Scott I believe is the name was there and gave insight to all questions with Nick and Derrick. I've been doing sal s and customer service for over 16 yrs and theses gentleman got Moxey ? they each deserve a raise and to be taken to Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. As Gordon says "5 Stars" ?

Recently we had the misfortune of needing a rental car for an extended period of time due to an accident that was not our fault. Tristan Garcia at Enterprise in Palmer made this experience about as pleasant as it could be. He was very accommodating to our needs which changed daily due to repeated completion date changes from the body shop. He walked us through the process every step of the way and made sure we understood every part of this rental transaction thoroughly so there were no surprises at the end. He was extremely pleasant and caring and treated us like we were his most valuable renter. Other associates (Rick also helped us) were equally as pleasant and accommodating. If you ever need to rent a car you can feel confident renting from Enterprise in Palmer, MA. Tristan and his team were amazing.

I rent cars here often. The Chicopee and Palmer Enterprises staff are all so friendly and most helpful.

Rented a car through this location MONTHS ago for my mother. She went to pick up the car to find the location closed. When she called to speak with someone, they told her she was lucky she could get a car during this pandemic at all when they offered to transfer the reservation over an hour away. When she asked if she could just cancel the reservation, they told her she could do whatever she wanted. Will not be renting from here again.

I have used them at least 3 times in my life. And the last 2 were Terrible experiences. If it wasn't for them being so close they wouldn't have gotten my business at All the last time.. I dealt w Multiple issues the last time.. They Definitely will NOT get Any business from my family friends or kids when they're All of age (1 Is & is Smart enough go elsewhere) The Last time I dealt w them I had MANY Issues w the communication between them even answering the phone if they did and the fact that they do not communicate with one another very well if at all? I would say the gentleman that was there when I picked up the car who said he was a floating type of manager or filling in (who I have seen in Chicopee which Was my Only good experience/my first experience that claimed he also works in Pittsfield & occasionally also Palmer) was actually decent/polite/respectful.. However ALL telephone communication for the two times that I called and had to extend for another week were Ridiculously frustrating. Nobody was doing a good job communicating to other co-workers when I'd be in or what was going on with an issue with my debit card that had been stolen and the fact that I was coming in on a different day that was agreed upon with the new one Etc.. Or FACT I am most definitely did discuss bring the vehicle back for 4:30 on a Saturday and there was absolutely nobody there so I left the key in a box and I guarantee I am on the camera looking very confused at the office was closed.. I have yet to receive my deposit back however they've had the courtesy to reach out to me via mail in demand I pay the money for a toll on the Mass Pike which I found absolutely ridiculously hilarious due to the fact they still owe me my deposit back. As far as I'm concerned they have major issues communicating and severe issues in the billing department never mind returning people's money. Like i said you will NEVER get my business until I receive back my deposit & u stop sending me Silly bills for dollars when you Owe Me 100.00'S?! & get ur issues with communication fixed!
