I called the pharmacy this morning at 8:15 AM and spoke with the pharmacy tech. I asked her if she could transfer a prescription for one of my clients From Springfield to her store in Palmer. I had several home visits to do this morning and was not able to get back to Springfield and my last client lives in Palmer and she is who the medications are for. I typically am not the one picking up medications but due to the holiday and the fact that she was running out I volunteered to pick them up today. The Tech said no we cannot help you. I asked her again to please help because I couldn't make it back to Springfield and my client is about to run out of this medication. She said she can't transfer the medication and I will have to go to Springfield. I asked her again to please double check if I could transfer it. She then put me on hold for 4-5 Minutes and came back and said "oh yes it will be ready after 9:30 AM" . I picked up the medications at 9:45 AM and she happened to be the one that retrieved them for me and rang it up. I asked her what the problem was and why she made it so difficult and she would not answer me. I told her that she was very unfriendly. She would not look at me and she was clearly miserable. 2 days prior I had called the Palmer CVS and spoke with a male Tech who was very nice and and he transferred these medications for me and I told him I would pick them up on Friday. The woman today kept telling me it wasn't in the system and asked who I spoke to and I don't know his name. She clearly didn't want to help me and she was extremely unhelpful initially. There was no need for all of this aggravation for me when I am just trying to help my client who was running out of medications.. It was very poor customer service and I would not recommend using this pharmacy with anyone with that attitude working there.

I was on the phone with the pharmacy for 25 mins trying to figure out my script that's due today. She hung up on my mom 3 times and then another lady answered and said OHHH it's you my coworker told me about you, and hung up on me

I have been waiting weeks to get a prescription transferred from Walmart because of new health insurance that requires I go through the idiots at Palmer CVS...I knew there was a reason I avoided the place! Maybe a good lawsuit will get them to do their damn jobs!

I brought my 8 year old son in for a Covid test. We were instructed to call a phone number when we arrived. It was a computerized message. I knocked on the door and the woman scolded us for being late. We were there on time but had to waste time trying to call. We went in and all she could do is chastise us for being late. I kept telling her we weren't late. The rest of the time we were there she was very rude. The thing is that there was nobody there waiting to get tested either before us or after us. So time wasn't an issue. I work in health care. It was completely unprofessional of her to react that way with me and my son.

Place is garbage the staff sucks I had a covid test appointment waited 30 min got no help no test got sick of waiting so I went home. Then an hour and a half after leaving they canceled my appointment.

I called Saturday 1/9/21 to refill my Albuterol as I have really severe asthma. The pharmacist told me that it would be ready for me to pick up the following day 1/10/21. I went to pick up my prescription the following day. When I arrived home I realized that my inhaler was not in the bag which I had none left at my house either. When I called CVS to inform them they had forgotten to put it in the bag and I really needed it today, the pharmacist informed me I had no more refills and they're waiting for my doctor to send more over. When I expressed my concern on how I wish they would've told me that yesterday when I called instead of telling me that it would be ready tomorrow the pharmacist proceeded to hang up in my face when I was trying to ask what I could do to get more refills today. I have been treated with such disrespect by this cvs in Palmer. I thought everyone should know how they treated someone that needs a medicine they cannot live without. I hope no one else ever has this experience with them like I did.
